Villa Rosser comfortably accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms. Set in the beautiful location of Ovacik it makes the perfect choice for your dream holiday.

Set in the beautiful village of Ovacik with fabulous views of Babadag and Mendos Mountains, Villa Rosser offers a home from home in the Turkish sun.

The villa is suitable for couples, small to large families, or 2 families wishing to holiday together with the benefits of their own space. The villa is on 3 levels with the lower ground floor accomadating a 2 bedroomed apartment, including wet shower room, lounge area and kitchenette, along with a twin and double bedroom.

The Villa is conveniently located for relaxation away from the bustle of town, yet is only a 5 minute walk away from the bars, shops and restaurants of Ovacik; or 12 minutes from Hisaronu for more shopping, fantastic restaurants and for those that desire, fabulous nightlife!!!!

Facilities

Villa Rosser is spread over 3 floors. the lower ground floor affording its own separate entrance from the main villa and offering self-contained accommodation consisting of:- open plan lounge area with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 with twin beds and 1 with a double bed. A wet shower room features in the apartment. There is also a Turkish Corner allowing for quiet time indoors.
Steps from the apartment lead to the poolside.

The main entrance to the villa opens into the hall where the washing machine is located out of sight in a cupboard. The hall opens into the spacious lounge and kitchen with dining area. The kitchen features marble worktops and all mod cons: full cooker (gas hob with electric oven),fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, and dishwasher, to ensure you can spend maximum time relaxing around the pool!!!!
The lounge area has 2 sofas, the largest being a sofa bed, along with a number of floor cushions.
The TV with built-in DVD player has satellite connected. There is also a CD stereo.
Access to poolside and rear terraces from the lounge.
Access poolside from kitchen.

There is the added convenience of a Cloakroom located off the longe.

An impressive marble staircase leds from the hallway to the bedrooms.

All bedrooms have their own balcony and airconditioning units.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. An additional shower room serves the remaining double and twin bedrooms.

Planned for Winter 2007 is a log burning stove, to take the chill out of the cooler months.

Accessed from the lounge or kitchen is the spacious sun terrace, with built-in BBQ and marble bar allowing for al-fresco dining.
There are 6 sunbeds with mattresses, 3 parasols and coffee tables for use around the pool. Pool available May - October.
To the rear of the villa a traditional Turkish Kusch has been built, affording for total relaxation away from the poolside.

Conditions

Due to steps inside and around the villa it would not be suitable for wheelchair users.

NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE VILLA.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise coast is located on the south west coast of Turkey . It was known as Lycia in ancient times. It is a region of breath-taking beauty, with pine-covered slopes rising straight out of the sparkling clear Mediterranean. Villa Rosser is set on a plateau, approx. 1000ft above sea level, the cooling breezes making it a delight in the hot summer temperatures.
The region, bathed in sunshine for 300 days of the year, has something to offer everyone, from sunbathing and swimming to a variety of sporting activities.
Turkey is a magical place which will captivate you ensuring you return again and again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ovacik is a quiet rural area situated between the lively and friendly resort of Hisaronu and the nearby town of Fethiye. It is ideally located to receive a pleasant cooling breeze, offering refreshment from the summer sun.
The dolmus, (pronounced dolmush), (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around, and the villa is only a 5 minute stroll to the main Hisaronu-Fethiye road along which the dolmus runs every 5-10 minutes in season.
Ovacik has several family run supermarkets where you can buy your food and personal essentials. It also has a number of restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine, including English traditional foods, pizzas, to traditional Turkish dishes, all at very reasonable cost.
Olu deniz hosts the famous Blue Lagoon and is located approx. 10 mins away by dolmus. Here you can see the paragliders glide down from Mount Babadag and land on the beach, a fantastic experience which you can participate in with a tandem pilot. The views are breathtaking, words simply are unable to describe them.
Fetiye, once a small market town and fishing village, has become a thriving harbour town and tourist attraction.
It is only approx. 15 minutes by dolmus.

-Use of air-conditioning

-Arrival and departure clean, also a mid clean for bookings of 2 weeks or more, during May - Oct. Including linen and towel change. Additional cleans can be booked for a small cost.

-A small charge will apply to supply fuel for open fire during winter months. (£10/week)

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £150 per week is required to secure a booking, the balance being due at least 10 weeks before departure.

CANCELLATIONS: within 2-8 weeks of departure - 50% refund.

within 2 weeks of departure - NO refund will be given.

A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of £350 for parties up to 6 persons or £50.00/person for parties of 7+ persons is required upon paying your deposit to cover possible breakages/damage to the villa and will be returned upon return following check with our local agent.
