Ferdi apartment has been furnished to very high standards, to provide a quality holiday experience. The ground floor apartment is one of 4 in this large property, which shares a private pool. The villa stands at the top of the village on a quiet and peaceful road with good views over the valley. It is perfect for families with children and equally couples, who will enjoy the pool which is never busy as you only share with 3 other apartments. There is a large balcony along the front and side of the apartment and the two bedrooms share a second balcony at the rear of the apartment. The apartment is very close to the centre of Hisaronu, a bustling village with many restaurants, shops and bars catering for all tastes.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise coast is the south west coast of Turkey. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its pine clad mountains and beautiful beaches. Hisaronu is a lively, bustling village with many restaurants, bars and shops to suit all tastes. Olu Deniz, is probably the most photographed beach in Turkey and is just 10 minutes away by dolmus. Fethiye is a large, bustling market town and is 15 minutes away. There is so much to do in this area - there is something for everybody. There are many historic sites and activities such as paragliding, white water rafting, jeep safaris, horse riding and much more. Cruises around the wonderful coastline are a must as they offer great value for money as well as being a great day out.
Hisaronu / Central Hisaronu area
The local dolmus' (minibuses), run along the main road which is very close to the apartment ( approx 2 min walk ) These will quickly and easily take you to Olu Deniz and Fethiye for just a few pence. Hisaronu centre is within walking distance with an abundance of restaurants which cater for all tastes. The quality of food is outstanding and good value. Fethiye is the main market town, set on a beautiful natural harbour. Here you can shop till you drop then sit on the harbour and people watch. There are several small supermarkets near the apartment for food essentials and several restaurants if you don't want to go far.

Fly to Dalaman airport. The Grena complex is approximately 1 hour away. Private transfers will be arranged.

Further details indoors: Ferdi apartment occupies the ground floor right position in this private block of 4 apartments. The main door of the apartment opens into a wide hallway with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area to the right. The lounge area has a 3 seater sofa bed and a further 2 seater sofa. There is a T.V. with DVD and CD player. A large door opens onto the front balcony with beautiful views of the pool and valley. The kitchen area has marble work surfaces over white units and is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The dining area has a cane table and chairs and this can easily be taken outside onto the large balcony to enjoy al fresco dining. There is a further door to access the side balcony from the kitchen area. The master bedroom is furnished to a high quality with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 side cabinets. There is access to a side balcony from this room. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe and 2 side cabinets and access to the side balcony. The bathroom has a large shower, WC and handbasin with floor to ceiling tiles. Towels ( not beach towels) and crisp cotton linen is supplied. The apartment is cleaned on arrival and departure ( and mid-week during a 2 week stay ) Extra cleaning can be arranged for a small charge.
We have endeavored to make the apartment more comfortable, better equipped, and generally more impressive then the average holiday rental property. A real home-from-home.
Electric heaters and extra bedding is available for winter lets.
Further details outdoors: The four Ferdi apartments surround a private swimming pool. There are sunbeds available for use around the pool area and the gardens are beautifully maintained. There is ample room for a hire car to be parked outside the apartments and the pool is constantly maintained from 1st May to 31st October.

Airport transfers will be arranged at a cost of £80 return for parties of up to 4 and £110 for parties of 5/6.
Apartment keys will be available from our driver at the airport when you arrive.
Our agent will visit you on your first day to make sure that you have settled in to the apartment and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. They will also collect the airport transfer fee in £ sterling.
We have contact with owners of other properties in the area who rent, therefore we can help to find accommodation if you have more than one party wanting an apartment, or if we are already booked for your choosen dates.
