A 1st floor 3 bedroom apartment. A marble entrance hall leads you into a lovely open planned kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen is furnished to a high standard with modern white washed pine, glass wall and base units. Built-in fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring hob and microwave with a marble breakfast bar/stools. The lounge has 2 comfortable sofa beds and 1 armchair, TV/DVD and enjoys direct access to a large veranda overlooking the spacious landscaped grounds with large pool in the middle and mountain views and quality wooden dining table sitting six for alfresco dining. Leading off are 2 bedrooms and a tastefully designed fully tiled shower/WC room. Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and is fully furnished with attractive pine. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and again is fully furnished to a high standard with private balcony. The 3rd bedroom is on the 2nd floor via marble staircase with landing area. Has its own en suite including jacuzzi and has been furnished tastefully. It also benefits from a large balcony mountain views over landscaped gardens). All bedrooms are air conditioned. Free WiFi in apartment and around the poolside on the same passkey.
-Brooklands 2, 3 and 4 are situated in a wooded valley and access is via a short stretch (30 - 50m max) of hill so may not suit the disabled or people with mobility issues. There is, however, a free phone taxi point situated there and a car will be available within minutes for those who may need it.
-Adjacent to Brooklands 2 in 2014 there were some unfinished villas awaiting to be sold. With the current economic climate, they are likely to be still unfinished and empty in 2015 which may detract from the aesthetics of this beautiful location for some.

This apartment with its views of Mount Babadag and the surrounding forests, can easily claim to have the best views on offer in Hisaronu. The complex comprises of 4 blocks with a large communal pool situated in the middle of a spacious, landscaped garden complete with shrubs, flower borders and olive trees. There are plenty of communal sunbeds and parasols available around the pool area and the owner has additional sunbed mats and parasols stored in the apartment. The pool has both a deep and shallow end with the shallow end being approximately 1m. There is no lifeguard so children should be supervised at all times.
The main season runs from 1st May to 31st October. During this period the pool is maintained and available for swimming. In the event of any problems with the apartment, there is a maintenance company employed by the owner.They have keys so there is no need to be around.The complex also benefits from a Site Manager for any grounds/ pool related issues. The apartment will be cleaned on a weekly basis with fresh linen and towels provided. Again, the cleaners have their own keys. Guests valuables can be secured in the safe. Although smoking is not welcomed inside the apartment as a courtesy to non-smoking guests, the balconies/terraces accommodates our smoking friends.

The Turkish Aegean Coast region
The apartment lies 2km from Turkey's famous Olu Deniz beach and the neighbouring Blue Lagoon. It is a protected area and one can understand why it has been voted to be the most beautiful coastline in the world. There is a very frequent bus service to both the Blue Lagoon and Olu Deniz from the village centre and they run every few minutes. Alternatively, why not paraglide onto the beach from Mt Babadaq (6000ft) to really experience its stunning beauty....a real must for the adventurous.
Hisaronu has a large number of bars and restaurants catering for a wide rage of tastes. There is also a wide range of shops offering excellent bargains. The town has a market on Monday. There are two large supermarkets only 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and banking facilties/ATMs are equally accessible.
A much wider selection of shops can be found in Fethiye: where the famous market is on a Tuesday.
The area provides a wide range of leisure activities including:
various water sports, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, jeep safari,
paragliding and horse riding.
The apartment sits on the edge of forested land, which offers excellent forest walks.

"Lovely place ruined by an idiot"
Very nice apartment in an excellent location but with the neighbour from hell who ruined our stay. We subsequently found out that he actually owns a couple if the blocks at Brooklands but has fallen out with the other owners, as revenge he purchased a villa that overlooks the pool & built a bar at the end of his garden right next to the pool area, he then played music ridiculously loudly often explicit gangster rap. He was asked a number of times to turn the music down by guest including my wife & teenage daughter only to turn it up even louder. He did turn the music down when I intervened, at 6'2" & built like a brick outhouse I can be more persuasive than most people! We thought that was the end of the matter but when returned that night we found all the electrics in the apartment were out. I called the local rep, who was excellent he came around even though it was nearly 1:00 in the morning & said that the wires had been pulled out for our apartment in the main junction block, it was obviously the owner of the bar that did this. In the morning rather confront him, I've seen Midnight Express & didn't fancy a stay in a Turkish prison, we decided to move to another complex. There we found out this guy had done exactly the same thing in regards to pulling the electrics out on at least 1 other occasion. Until they can sort this idiot out no one should stay at Brooklands 2 unless they are deaf or big fans of NWA! Chris the owner was a complete gentleman & refunded our money immediately for the remainder of our stay. Hisaronu is a great town & we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday after we moved, there are plenty of great complexes to stay at choose one of them instead until they can sort this idiot out.
There was indeed some problem between my guests and the Turkish landowner who has opened a bar this season next to the pool area in order to sell refreshments etc to visiting guests. All my other guests this season have had a perfectly happy and enjoyable time and the reports about the bar music have been very positive. Only during these few days do things seem to be out of hand and may indeed be due to some contributing factors. As to the electric incident, no wires were pulled out but the trip switch had been tripped off according to my maintenance company. This could therefore be a pure coincidence or it could have been done intentionally as a result of the obvious conflict between my guests and the bar owner. I did ask my guest if he would be willing to make a statement to the police concerning his accusation but he did decline to do so. Under the circumstances, I did everything possible to help and feel disappointed that this review paints a picture that is not a true reflection of the experiences of my guests in 2013.

"Great value for money in a fantastic area."
We had a wonderful stay in the spacious, comfortable apartment with everything required such as free Internet access, tv, dvd's etc. it is situated in a quiet area but just ten minutes walk from Hisaronu, where there is plenty of shops, night life and fabulous to suit all budgets. There are three balcony's with one overlooking a grassed area and large pool where you can cool off. Buses are regular and cheap to the nearby beach resort of Oludeniz or Fethiye being the nearest large town with a huge market on a Tuesday. Just want to say the apartment was great value for money and look forward to going back next year as loved it so much.

"Great apartment. Great part of Turkey. Superb holiday. 'Nuff said"
I stayed in this apartment for a week last month and had a fantastic time. The apartment itself is very spacious (three large double bedrooms – including one with an en suite), well equipped (all you could need in the kitchen, DVDs and books for the quiet nights in, hairdryer etc) and very clean / looked after. It is well suited to families, couples and groups of friends. There is a large outdoor swimming pool, which was great for an early morning swim before breakfast and winding down with a drink after a day in the sun. Also very pleased to report there is free wifi across the site too – perfect for staying in touch with friends and Facebooking holiday pics! I thought the apartment was very good value.
Hisaronu itself is a nice resort that will be a big hit with foodies, shoppers and party goers alike. The apartment is about 10 mins walk from the resort, though not on one of the main roads to the resort so there are no noise issues with people passing by once the bars close. There are lots of good restaurants in Hisaronu – if you want traditional Turkish food then head to the superb Olive Tree which is 15 mins walk away – is around £25 a head for two courses and drinks.
In terms of location, Hisaronu is between Olu Deniz (an amazing beach resort much used by the Turkish Tourist Board in promo campaigns and a great place to go paragliding), Fethiye (an old harbour town with a great market, lots of good places to eat and places to watch the world go by) and Kaya (a must see former Greek settlement that is now eerie ruins).
Getting around is very easy and also very cheap. The 'dolmas' service can get you to most key local places and costs about £1.50 for a single ticket. Is also a fair number of local walks too. There is also an automated cab point just by the entrance to the apartment site – handy for travelling late in the evening.
A holiday here will have really broad appeal across all age groups as there are lots of activities to keep you entertained. We did a couple of trips while we were here which were £18 for (long) day and included lunch – both were excellent and very very good value. There are lots of places where you can find out about the trips in Hisaronu and you can be collected (and dropped off) back at the resort.
Highly recommended!! I look forward to visiting again soon.

"Beautiful apartment, stunning views and only a short walk to bars and restaurants!"
We had our best holiday so far here. The apartment is located in a perfect position being set in a very picturesque, forested location with stunning views of the mountain, yet only a short walk (10mins) to all the life and joys of down town Hisaronu. The apartment is fresh and modern and is, by far, the best positioned on the complex. From the terrace, we sad each morning sipping coffee watching the sun rise over Mount B? (the one we para-glided off!). From here you also overlook the spacious grounds, complete with Mediterranean olive trees and the large pool. It was perfect. Some days we just chilled out at the apartment and the pool. Other days we took advantage of everything on offer this stunningly beautiful part of the world has on offer. Chris, the owner, was also great to deal with. He answered all my emails promptly, gave us all the information, support needed and made us feel secure and safe throughout the whole process of booking this lovely apartment. If we were people who liked to repeat holidays, we would definitely be returning to this apartment and area without fear. Yes, I can totally recommend this to anyone who wants an apartment in a picturesque, quiet location yet only minutes away from the life and thrills of a proper holiday resort where you can let your hair down and just have FUN. Happy days.
