This brand new Villa was completed in June 2007 and is set on a superb new private complex,we have a fantastic 650 sq metre pool and a separate children's pool.
The grounds and gardens are well maintained giving a peaceful and idyllic setting for a relaxing holiday, it's stunning location offers fantastic scenic views of the nearby mountain range.
The Villa is fully furnished and is of a very high standard and comes with all modern appliances including a flatscreen TV and DVD player - outside you can relax on the 45 sq metre terrace with built in BBQ. we have outside comfortable furniture for you to sit and enjoy a few drinks in the evening.
For your comfort we have mosquito nets in all three bedrooms over the beds.
All bedrooms and lounge/Dining area have air conditioning units which are very effective and necessary as the summer temperature tops 30c.
The villa is situated within minutes easy walk from the cenre of Hisaronu & Ovacik where you will find all the bars and restaurants to choose from.
The Orka Village complex is maintained to a very high standard and provides a safe environment for your family holiday.
The complex has 24 hour security.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This is probably the area of Turkey to get excited about. From Marmaris to Antalya the coastline is gorgeous, the weather is reliably wonderful and there are lots of things to see and do. The Turquoise coast at its finest has become the destination of first choice for many first time and repeat visitors to Turkey. It is so named due to the deep blue green colour of the sublime warm waters of is beautiously rugged coastline.
Hisaronu area
Fethiye is set between wooded mountains and a wide bay, it is a busy town with plenty of shops, restaurants andbars, on Tuesdays it boasts the biggest market in the area, some of the best bargains are to be found here. The area is full of small traders and workshops. The cobbled streets are packed with shops and bars, full of life by day and night. The Paspatur or old town is quanit. Visit the weekly market or stroll along the marina and enjoy its charm. There is a vast array of boat and fishing trips from here. A place not to miss is the fish market, you can by your fish from the daily catch and have it cooked by one of the surrounding restaurants, wonderful.
This area is particularly lovely for a winter break with the new Ski resort just an hours drive away, Having spent christmas and new year at the villa i can 100% recommend a visit "out of season" and enjoy peace, quiet and tranquillity.
The area is a wonderful place for all, whether you are a family wanting a beach and pool holiday to the more adventurous, i cant think of any sport or activity which is not available in and around the areas.

Further details indoors: As the villa is new it is in immaculate condition, it has an open plan lounge/diner leading onto a large veranda which faces the swimming pool.
The property comprises of two double bedrooms with double beds and one twin bedded room, one of the double rooms has en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space available in all the bedrooms.
Bath towels and bedding are supplied and we have maid service that come in to change beds etc.
There is a separate shower room downstairs for easy use after the pool or sunbathing.
The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel cooker and hob, large fridge freezer as well as microwave oven - we also have a washing machine. For your comfort there is a refridgerated water machine.
Further details outdoors: The Villa is set in beautifully maintained gardens and guests have use of the large swimming pool and children's pool. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and sun beds are provided and can be used either by the pool or on the partly shaded sun terrace of the villa which overlooks the pool.
You will also be able to treat yourself to a Turkish Bath which is on the complex and will be completed for the summer 2008 season.
A Bar will also be available for the summer 2008 season.
The grounds and pool are to be maintained daily by the local caretaker.
Further details
The villa will be available for occupancy from 4pm on the date of arrival (unless vacant or by prior arrangement) and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure; times can be varied if at all possible to suit guests.
Conditions
Sorry,smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
A 25% non refundable deposit is required in advance to secure a booking. Full payment is required 8 weeks before date of departure.
Transfers to and from Dalaman airport can be arranged via local operators - please enquire if required.
