Home description

Detached villa , offering a high standard of accommodation for families and larger groups . All bedrooms are air conditioned and the windows have mosquito nets. The private gardens have a covered terrace for al fresco eating and a barbeque.
The resort of Hisoranu is within walking distance and offers restaurants and a lively nightlife.
There are regular buses to the beach at Oludeniz ( approx 3 km) and the market town of Fethiye ,15 minutes away .

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise Coast , with its sunny warm climate , is noted for its beautiful scenery and fine beaches .
It is an area rich in nature and history .
Within easy reach ( 15 minutes by bus ) is the main town of Fethiye , famed for its ancient Lycian rock tombs .
Further away , but well worth visiting , is Dalyan , reknowned for its unspoilt sandy beach , a breeding ground for loggerhead turtles and the mud baths .
Trips are also available locally to the magnificent Saklikent Gorge and the archeological site at Xanthos .
The islands and bays can be reached by boat , with a chance to swim in the clear blue sea .

Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ovacik is reasonably quiet , but has a good selection of bars , restaurants and shops . There is an excellent Turkish bath at the nearby hotel .
Walk down to Hisaronu for a livelier atmosphere with nightclubs and cocktail bars .
Buses are easily available to Olu Deniz with its famous beach . From here you can paraglide from the top of Baba Dag mountain for a reasonable price .
From Hisaronu you can walk through the woods to the deserted village of Kaya Koy .

How to get there

By air from most UK airports to Dalaman , Turkey .

Transfers from the airport take 45 minutes and are available at a cost of £20 per person return.
