About the home

This spacious, beautifully designed fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa was completed in 2008. The villa is fully furnished to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. Two of the three bedroom have private balconies and the master bedroom includes ensuite.

Safety deposit boxes are included. There are patio doors leading to a large terrace extended by pergola covered decking. All terrace and decking areas have been railed with child safety in mind. There is a covered area for dining. The grounds and garden are extremely well maintained with an onsite caretaker and surrounded by beautiful scenic views including those of Babadog mountain.

The complex boasts an Olympic size pool with terraced area, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas, a smaller children’s pool, 24 hour security. Orka Mountain view is an exclusive complex and located in a quiet area with no passing traffic yet within 10-15 minute walk of central hisaronu. More bars and restaurants can be found on the nearby Ovacik main road. Guests are also able to use all the facilities at the nearby 4 star orka hotel and private beach at olu deniz for which free transport is provided.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This area is better know as The Turquoise Coast used to talk about the area of southwest Turkey encompassing Antalya, Mugla and Aydin, southern Izmir and western Mersin.

The combination of a beautiful climate, warm sea, more than a thousand kilometres of shoreline along the Aegean and Mediterranean waters, and abundant natural and archaeological points of interest makes this stretch of Turkey’s coastline a popular national and international tourist destination.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ovacik located on the road from Fethiye to Oludeniz is a great holiday base which gives easy access to the attractions of this area of Turkey. A quiet location set at the foot of the surrounding mountains and pine forests.
There are a few small quality restaurants and bars which are ideal for a relaxing night out. If you want a quiet holiday where you can totally unwind then Ovacik is the ideal place.

For a more lively night out the adjoining resort of Hisaronu is only ten minutes walk away. Hisaronu has a totally different character with its lively bars and nightclubs also live music along with Turkish Bars and Restaurants.

Ovacik is altogether quieter and more rural with splendid views of the surrounding pine clad mountains. The air here is usually cooler and fresher than at sea level, which can be very welcome at the height of the summer.

Olu Deniz is a small resort in Turkey that lies on the South West coast on the Aegean Sea. Surrounding Olu Deniz is the Babadag Mountain and this town is well known for being a beach resort.

When visiting the Olu Deniz resort, you will be welcomed by the blue lagoon which is famous for being one of the most photographed beaches in the Mediterranean. The secluded sandy beaches are perfect for planning a resort getaway. The gorgeous blue lagoon is a nature reserve and there is absolutely no building allowed.
You will be in awe at the beautiful colours of turquoise and aquamarine that this resort is known for. The resort itself is rated among the top 5 beaches and resorts by travellers who have travelled to the resort and by journalists who have attended this resort previously.
