About the home
Our light and airy Villa is situated in the mountain side village of Ovacik, in a quiet and peaceful residential area not far from Hisaronu. The Villa boasts it's own private swimming pool with landscaped gardens. There is a spacious terrace, perfect for dining 'al fresco'. A leisurely stroll will take you into the centre of Hisaronu with its many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment facilties.
The area has something for everyone. Laze around on Turkey's most photographed beach or paraglide from Mount Babadag and see the Blue Lagoon in all its glory.

Villa Mac is furnished tastefully with enough equipment to make it home from home. There are two double bedrooms - one furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds, both have large fitted wardrobes and balconies overlooking the private swimming pool. There is also a sofa in the lounge which doubles up as an additional very comfortable double bed.
Linen and towels are provided. However, please note we do not provide swimming/beach towels. Downstairs is open-plan with kitchen/dining area and a very comfortable lounge.
Further details outdoors:
Step out of the patio doors from the lounge area directly onto the very large terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool. A garden table and six chairs are available on the terrace should you wish to eat 'al fresco'. Around the pool are six pool loungers with parasol. The gardens are landscaped and well maintained. Should you hire a car there is parking directly on the drive of Villa Mac.

Transfer costs from airport to Villa are not included in price and this will be provided on application. We recommend you book transfers with us as our Agent holds the keys. If you do not book transfers with us the keys will NOT be provided in the UK and will have to be collected from our Agent's Office in Hisaronu during office hours.
We can arrange for a Welcome Pack on arrival - price on application.
Conditions
Villa Mac is a NO SMOKING Villa inside. We do provide ashtrays on the terrace and would ask our guests to respect this.
A £200.00 Breakage Deposit is required at the time of paying final balance. As soon as we received clearance from our Agent that the property is left in good order we will refund this deposit.
25% deposit required to secure booking. Please note that access on arrival is from 15.00hrs and departures
must leave villa by 12.00 noon - this can only be changed with the authority of the owner.
Turkey is not a member of the European Union and therefore we are unable to purchase Public Liability Insurance. Therefore it is strongly recommended that you take comprehensive Travel Insurance for all members in your party. The owners do not accept any liability.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
The Turquoise coast is in the South West of Turkey. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty with its pine clad mountains and beautiful beaches. Olu Deniz, is probably the most photographed beach in Turkey and is just 10 minutes away by dolmus. Fethiye is a large, bustling market town and is 15 minutes away. Summer temperatures are extremely hot between 30-40 degrees and drop to around 16 degrees in the winter. Getting around the area is easy. The dolmus minibuses run every 10 minutes from the main road, just a few minutes walk from the Villa.
The Hisaronu / Ovacik area
Ovacik is a quiet rural area on the outskirts of the lively, friendly resort of Hisaronu which sits high in the mountains above Ölüdeniz in a stunning setting surrounded by pine forests. It is a livelier resort with a wider choice of shops, bars and restaurants, which really comes into its own at night. There are numerous excursions available and the intriguing ghost town of Kaya which was deserted by the Greeks in the 1920’s is well worth a visit.
