The apartments consists of three bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed double wardrobe and dressing table,with air con,one bedroom with twin beds with a double wardrobe and bedside cabinets air con with doors leading to a balcony, then on the next floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bed settee a double wardrobe and dressing table and bedside cabinets air con,also a en suite with a walk in shower and door onto roof balcony, it has a kitchen with a washing machine and hob, fridge and microwave oven and lounge with a door leading onto a balcony overlooking the pools,flat screen tv on the wall,dvd player and sky, the bathroom has a bath and shower.(A free grocery pack on arrival.)

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This is a lovely area,and the people are so friendly, a few minutes walk from the apartment and you are in a busy town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants to eat at or just sit and have a drink and watch the world go by, there is also a good selection of shops that you can look round offering a wide range of clothing and gifts There is lots of things to do apart from spending your day on a sun lounger try a Jeep Safari, Fishing Trip,Paragliding from mount Babadag(you can sit on your apartment balcony and watch these paragliders come down from the mountain)Quad Bikes,Horse Riding,Guilet Cruises, Turkish Baths,Kayakoya ghost Village,Bannana Boats, white water rafting,Micro light flights,and lots more

There is a local market on a Monday,
Market in Fethiyes on Tuesday/Friday
Fethiya is only a short bus ride and has a lovely harbour that is a lovely place to go and have Dinner

Apartment has a well fitted out kitchen with granite worktops and lovely washed pine kitchen units, there is a wok, pots and dishes and cutlery,sandwich toaster, this is the first season that this apartment will be rented out to the public,it has a iron board and iron and hair dryer,We want you to feel at home and not having to worry about breakages so we havent put anything in that cant be replaced easily. We will also provide a free grocery pack with each rental so that when you arrive you wll have the essentials to tide you over until you can get to the shops,most grocery packs include, tea, coffee, bread, milk, sugar, butter, fruit, water, jam !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Transfers to Dalaman airport can be arranged for £80.00 return for up to 4 people and £20.00 per extra person
We always try to make sure that you can stay in the apartment until your transfers arrive, as i have had horrible experiences of having to leave hotel rooms at 12pm and not getting picked up until 3am, so you end up wondering around with all your luggage.

Conditions

We require a deposit of £100 per week and the rest paid in full 8 weeks before your holiday date.

This apartment is home from home, had a brill time weather so hot .

There was 8 of us 4 adults and 4 children apartment was lovely,people so nice not at all what we expected.
