About the home

This modern yet rustic apartment has an unspoilt feel about it and feels very Turkish and peaceful. Although the mountain village of Hisaronu is just around the corner you can also have a piece of natural Turkey all to yourself if you wish. The beautiful pool is shared by just 7 privately owned properties, where you have your own sunbeds and parasol etc. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of Babadag mountain where the paraglidders take off from and land on the beach front. The famous blue lagoon is just minutes away, where you may spot the occasional Turtle that live in the lagoon area. The apartment has the benefit of 3 bathrooms, 1 being an ensuite, and 1 on the lounge level, all are walk in showers. Gardens surround the property and complex. Many excursions are available as the area is rich in history, even a local boat trip is a must in this beautiful part of the world, where you are made to feel at home by the friendly local Turkish, ensuring that you have a holiday to cherish, many of my customers are returning for a second time proving what a great location and property it is.

The main bedroom has an Ensuite, there is a separate shower/bathroom next to the twin bedroom, and a shower/bathroom on the lounge level.

If staying for over 7 days a clean is advised to refresh bedding, clean bathrooms and the floors etc, the charge is £25.00

Further details outdoors:
Can park at rear of property if you wish, although a car is not needed. Some people hire jeeps for a bit of fun and flexibility.

4 sunbeds are available by the pool with Lavina A1 printed on them.

A table and parasol are kept in the property ... Please return them when leaving.

The sunbed covers are also kept in the property, either behind the sofa, or just inside the lounge...again Please return them into the property when leaving.

Further details

If you wish to hire a car you will need to take an up to date driving licence with you.

Transfers from Dalaman Airport will be arranged for you at a cost of £70.00 return, for upto 4 people by a VIP vechicle.

You will pay for the transfer when you reach the property or within a few days.

The transfer company with have the keys to the property/on departure the keys will be handed back to the transfer company.

A confirmation email of the transfers will be sent to you when they are confirmed.

Conditions

A hand rail and roman steps help to assist you into the pool if needed.
A wheel chair slope has been installed on the complex, this is a help with pushchairs and wheelchairs if needed.
Sorry but no parties are to be held at the property or around the pool area.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The market harbour town of Fethiye is just 15 minutes away where you can go on an assortment of boat trips or visit the regular market for wonderful farm produce all grown locally, the shopping is very good, and the fish market is a great experience for an evening meal.
Kaya Koy is very close by and well worth a visit to ramble through the ghost village.
Tlos and Patara is full of history and the country side is stunning.
Dalyan is a must to visit the mud baths and view the rock tombs of the lycian world.
The climate between May and October is usually very dry and sunny getting very hot in July and August, it's perfect to just relax on the local beach or lagoon and swim in the beautiful clear turquoise sea.

The Hisaronu area

Tandem Paraglidding is available on a daily basis at various times from the top of Babadag mountain, the views are magnificent and landing on the beach front at Olu Deniz is an experience not to be missed if you can brave it!.
Festivals take place at various times of the year and the Turkish love you to join in the celebrations.
The greek island of Rhodos is not far away and you can travel there from Fethiye for either the day or for longer if you wish, excursions are available to many destinations, Hisaronu has many booking agents, along with plenty of shops, bars, and night life.
Turkey is renowed for its amazing cruisine and with the choice of so many wonderful restaurants all around you, why not try a different one every night!.

“Excellent Accomodation & Location” We, my wife and teenage son, have stayed at the Lavina twice, 2011 and 2012, mid-summer both times. We noted the villa through Holiday Lettings and the owner, Gail, was great at organising all the detail over the phone & E-Mail. On arrival at Dalaman we were whisked away by private taxi, sumptious people carrier for the three of us, arranged through Gail, and was at the villa within an hour and 10 minutes. The accomodation is as described on the site, but we were stunned by the property. The kitchen has everything needed, including a dish washer which we didn't use. The washing machine, in the utilities room downstairs is invaluable. As we were holidaying in August, the air conditioning was excellent and very easy to use. The bedrooms are downstairs with two superb walk in showers and WCs'. It was unusual to have the bedrooms, a large double and an equally spacious twin, below the living area, but we got used to it very quickly and there was the advantage of the rooms being very cool at night. Most nights we simply didn't need the AC and we were there in August. There is also a WC and walk-in shower alongside the lounge area. The balcony over-looks a farm yard which was quaint. Not over-looked and very quiet & private. Excellent balcony furniture. Attracts the sun up to about 3.00pm. The TV was a must for our teenage son and there was literally hundreds of channels. At least 7 x English movie channels and many News and comedy channels. Being a horse racing nut, I was able watch CH4 Racing. At the good sized swimming pool, again very private and only shared by about 6 x other apartments. On both of our visits we shared the pool with a maximum of 6 people-plenty of room. You have your own 4 x modern sun-beds. The mattresses, parasol and table are in the apartment-30 second walk. The pool and surrounding area is spotless and serviced daily. In my opinion, the principal asset of this great property is the location. It is literally 5 minutes from Hisaronu centre. No hills! There are two wonderful restaurants (one being The Baracuda) within 2 minutes walk, the other, name escapes me, do excellent breakfasts. The Dolmus stop is one minute away-to Olu Deniz and Fethiye. Each morning it would take me less than 10 minutes to amble along (and back) to the local Carrefour and get the morning paper, fresh milk and freshly baked bread. The H. market is 5 minutes away. Plenty of parking areas if you have a car which wouldn't really be necessary Although central to all attractions, there is absolutely no noise problems from the road or late night revellers. 4 minutes walk is a public telephone which is very handy for the phone cards which cost next to nothing for 60 minutes UK calls. These cards can be bought for about 6 TL from the Post Office, again about 5 minutes away. :Last year we had one problem when the electricity wasn't working-one phone call to the Service Agents, they were there within 20 minutes and everything sorted in an incredblly friendly manner. Yes excellent property, all kitted with the best, roomy and cool, and fabulous location.

“fantastic holiday, amazing apartment, perfect for families” We have stayed in hisoranu many times and keep returning to this beautiful apartment. I cannot praise the accommodation enough. Its more like a villa than an apartment, It has 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, kitchen & lounge, it is very spacious & perfect for families with children. It has all amenities such as cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc for your convenience, we found these very convenient travelling with a 5 month old baby & having to sterilise bottles etc. we have also stayed in local hotels however none of these compare to this place. The balcony has lovely views of the mountains. The pool area is just amazing & has enough sun beds (no rushing to put towels on) which was great for us. Also has a baby pool which is lovely for the kids to play in especially with the heat. Town is literally a 5 minute walk away and i would say closer to town than many of the hotels, Stunning pace with lovely food, i cannot emphasise enough how beautiful this place is, we love it & its our favourite place in turkey having tried many other parts, Olu deniz beach & blue lagoon is a short drive which is fab you can get a taxi which are cheap or even a small bus also very cheap to get there. We had a fab time as always & will def be returning soon, Gail (owner)is very helpful & stays in contact throughout booking & afterwards to ensure your stay is very comfortable. She also arranges your transfers to & from the airport & ensures everything is all ok with the apartment before we start our holiday. I would recommend anyone looking to holiday in Hisoranu to book this beautiful place to stay in. You will not be disappointed!!!
