About the home

This delightful villa is situated within a well presented development on the outskirts of the quiet residential area of Ovacik. The villa has a glorious location with a stunning backdrop view of the mountains and panoramic views stretching across the beautiful Kaya valley.

Its central location provides easy access to Olu Deniz, Hisaronu, and Fethiye which are all within a 10 minute Dolmus ride. The Dolmus provides a cheap and easy form of transport available every 5 minutes in all directions for less than a pound a trip. A taxi rank is also within a 1 minute walk of the villa complex.

The villa itself is tastefully furnished to a very high standard and is spaciously set out on 2 levels. It sleeps 6-8 people, upstairs has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin with the master having a balcony. The ground floor provides a double sofa bed and consists of an open plan fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room overlooking the garden area. There are 2 shower rooms with full w.c facilities.

The villa has full air-conditioning, hi-fi, satellite television, DVD player, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There are full maid and linen facilities as and when required.

The villa is surrounded by a private garden which then leads to the complex’s very large 250 square metre swimming pool, babies pool and bar area.

Within the garden there is a fully built barbecue area and ample sunbathing/seating facilities.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

This area is located on the South Western Coast of Turkey, where pine clad mountains sweep down dramatically to magnificent beaches which are lapped by the warm crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, which in turn is peppered with picturesque islands and stunning coves.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Fethiye Town

Set between wooded mountains and a wide blue bay Fethiye is a lively town with a lovely marina and promenade area. The wide tree lined promenade is busy with bars and restaurants and a bright yachting marina. The cobbled streets are packed with more shops and bars and are full of life day and night. The nearest beach is Calis Beach just around the bay or take the 20 minute dolmus (local bus) ride to the beach of Olu Deniz.

Hisaronu

Situated in the valley, just a short dolmus ride away from Olu Deniz, is Hisaronu. Formerly a farming village, the area has developed into a lively tourist resort providing accommodation for visitors attracted by the countryside and pine-clad hills. 3 00 metres above sea level; Hisaronu benefits from the fresh mountain air; making it slightly cooler than the seaside resort. The town has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes, and at night, Hisaronu comes alive with bars and discos open into the small hours.

Olu Deniz

Olu Deniz is probably the most picturesque beach in Turkey, set on a magnificent, wide sweeping bay against an impressive mountain backdrop. Clear, turquoise waters lap the long curving sand and pebble beach which culminates in an almost land- locked placid lagoon at one end. You will find a variety of water sports on the beach and paragliding is a popular activity. There are a number of cafes, bars and restaurants situated along the seafront; but nightlife is relatively low-key. Olu Deniz is one of Turkey's most scenic coastal resorts and it has officially been declared a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty.

We enjoyed our stay at your Villa very much. The villa is well built, the equipment is in excellent condition and the pool was great. The only suggestion I would have would be to have some basic translation for the washing machine (clothes) so we could understand how to use it. But that’s minor really. We had a very good time, the pool was great, the Village was quiet and relaxing. I have written an evaluation giving the Villa a 5/5. I also appreciated the quality of your web site and the hard copy in the Villa of all the places to visit in and around Fetihye. We did most of them and thus your suggestions were very useful. Teacher met us to give us the keys and came back the night before our departure to get the keys back.
