About the home

This is a brand new luxury apartment situated in peaceful surroundings yet just 2 minutes from the centre of Hisaronu. Here, there are a number of excellent shops, bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is only a short 5 minute Dolmus ride away from Olu Deniz and the famous Blue Lagoon.

It has 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, with the main bedroom having a balcony at the back of the property. The kitchen/living room has a corner suite that converts to a double bed. a 32" flat screen TV, DVD player, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. There is a balcony to the front of the property that overlooks the pool. This balcony is furnished with a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and large chrome juicer.

There is a washing machine and clothes dryer in the utility room. The living room and bedrooms have excellent air conditioning units.

A very large pool set in beautiful lush green gardens with Babadag mountain as a backdrop. A smaller kiddies pool is attached to the main pool. 3 sunbeds, a table and parasol are provided with spare sunbeds available.

In the basement of block A is a gymnasium, a sauna and a jacuzzi (coming soon) solely for the use of the Evergreen residents.

A £100 deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is also payable on payment of the balance and this will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure.

Turkey is also a paradise for walkers, the Lycian way is a 509 km way-marked footpath around the coast and mountains, starting from Fethiye and finishing in Antalya and is one of the most popular routes for walking holidays

The Hisaronu / Central Hisaronu area

Set in spectacular surroundings, combining both mountains and lush green forests, this area boasts amazing weather nearly all year round. During the day there are an amazing array of shops, from fake designer clothes to traditional Turkish crafts. It's at night time thought that Hisaronu comes to life with its many restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

The stunning resort of Olu Deniz, with its famous Blue Lagoon is a short Dolmus ride away, where there are watersports, boat trips (highly recommended) and for those brave enough, paragliding. Nearby Fethiye is a must with its beautiful harbour, fantastic shops and many delicious restaurants. There is also a huge market here on a Tuesday.

“Fantastic accomodation” We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks with our 4 children. The apartment is the biggest we have ever stayed in it has everything you need. A big plus for me was that you get your own sunbeds by the pool.(what a great idea) The apartment is a few minutes from the center where you can find everything.you need. Emma is absolutely fantastic she will help with anything you need and sort things out for you. I would recommend this accommodation and would deffinatley stay here again

“Absolutely Amazing apartment in the best location in Hisaronu!” Myself and 5 other girls stayed here from 22nd-29th July. It was one of the best holidays we've had together in a long time! The apartment is beautiful, spotless and spacious. The pool area is private so there were always sun loungers that were allocated to us for the week. The pool was large and clean with a children's pool off to the side. The grounds are also kept spotless. Emma, who is in charge of the complex, couldn't have been more helpful, answering all our questions and queries and getting us booked onto some amazing trips! Would recommend the Turkish bath and full body massage, and the trip to Dalyan and turtle beach was also amazing. Also the transfer to and from the airport was very easy. Debbie the owner organised the transfer and there was someone waiting at arrivals with your name on a board. They take you straight to the apartments with no other stops and give you your key there and then if you are on a late flight. Very smooth transition. Hisaronu is literally on the doorstep, but you could hear a pin drop at night time, it was so peaceful to watch the sun go down on the balcony in the evening. Its about a 2 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars. There is something for everyone and is welcoming to families, couples and groups of friends like us. All the restaurants we ate at were lovely and very cheap! Lots of shops as well! All in all we absolutely loved this place and were very upset that we had to leave and didn't have an extra week! We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

“Couldn't Fault it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” Just returned from 2 week stay at Evergreen B4. This is without doubt the best accommodation we have stayed in, and the first I could ever say you could actually live in. The apartment has everything that previous apartments haven't had. Spacious balcony, in fact two of them, the back one of the master bedroom gets the sun on the morning and then when you're done with the pool you can retire to the front balcony off the living room (overlooking the pool) for a beer as the sun comes down. It has a giant fridge freezer, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, oven, grill etc etc so you really can self cater from it. Add to that its as close to town as is possible without being in it, yet away from the noise. 2 mins to supermarkets, 1 min to great local bar Oh Yes ! The pool is fantastic and your sunbeds are reserved. And this apartment is on top of the office so nobody underneath and gets the best internet connection. It's a duplex so kids upstairs and parents downstairs. Solid walls, Fort Knox doors, loads of cupboard and drawer space. Free air conditioning, free safe, both of which are charged by the day in the hotels in town. Also no pool bar so serve your own drinks round the pool at a fraction of a normal bar price. Tried to fault it but can't ! Still trying, and still can't.

“Superb apartment” We have just returned from a holiday at B4 Evergreen Apartments. We stayed there (3 adults and 2 children) for a week and found the apartment to be spotless and very well equipped (not that we needed any of the cooking facilities with the great range of restaurants a short stroll away!) The apartment is in a great location, everything in easy walking distance. Everyone is so friendly, and Emma in the office is a great help for booking any trips that you might like to do. Transfers to and from the airport were arranged and so you could relax knowing that all was taken care of. Would definately recommend to anybody, couples, families, groups of friends etc. and hope to be able to go back again at some point.
