About the home

A beautiful spacious well presented 4 bedroom villa located in the peaceful village of Ovacik with beautiful views and private pool and gardens. Just a 20 minute walk from the lively town of Hisaronu or a 5 minute taxi journey from Oludeniz beach.

The top floor of our villa has one large bedroom with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes, one twin room with a double bed and fitted wardrobe and another twin room that is a single bed or a double bed or two singles and a large wet room with w c. the middle floor has a separate toilet and wash basin, fully fitted kitchen with dining area and lounge, TV, DVD and Satellite and a safe and large terrace area.

The ground floor leading to the pool is very large. It is fitted with a second kitchen area that comprises of a sink,work top and units, fridge and washing machine. A large chilli out area with a sofa bed. Also on the ground floor is the fourth bedroom, the bed can be a single bed, double or two singles however you would like it.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise Coast has beautiful beaches the nearest is in Oludeniz, At the far end of the beach you will find the Blue Lagoon set inside a national park area. You can get free transport to and from the private beach in the lagoon, (owned by the Orka Hotel). Non stop sunny days with blue skies from April to November. Summer temperatures of 30 - 40 c and winter 15 c.

Fethiye is a large and lively harbour with a marina and promenade. Every Tuesday is market day this is a huge traditional Turkish market great for stocking up on your herbs and spices, I've never seen a market like it. A must for locals and tourists with a great mix of exotic spices, teas, fruit, vegetables, designer handbags, jeans and jewellery. Great if you like to haggle. The fish market is great to pick your fresh fish then take it to the surrounding restaurant of your choice to be cooked. (Delicious)

There are many trips and excursions available with a full boat trip around the islands where you can swim in secluded coves and spot turtles and dolphins, for as little as £12 per person (including lunch) Some of the other trips include:

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Hisaronu is a lively town with friendly locals who are dedicated to ensure tourists are satisfied. it has a number of bars, nightclubs and restaurants who cater to all tastes and budgets. The town also offers gift shops, hair cuts, shaves and mini manicures and pedicures which are much cheaper than at home and it is worth treating yourself. Inci Villa is within minutes walk to the main strip of the town. At night is particularly lively when holidaymakers from local resorts come and join in the fun. In Hisaronu there are fun and games for the whole family from go-karting to water parks, camel rides to trampolines.

Oludeniz is a remarkable beauty spot with a number of water sports available. Paragliders land on the strip at Ouldeniz and it is fascinating to watch them glide from Babadag to land at Oludeniz. Many boat trips run out of Oludeniz and is a great way to sunbathe and visit many of the local islands. Fethiye also has many boat trips run out of the harbour including fishing trips.

Holidaymakers are more than welcome to use the facilities at the Club Orka hotel free of charge which is only a short walk away from the villa. at the hotel there are three swimming pools and one of those has a water slide, bars, a restaurant, entertainment such as Turkish nights, karaoke and BBQ. the staff are all very friendly and willing to help and you can also change your money at the reception if you need to.

There is also a small local shop around 100yds which has all your essential items you may need or you can go into Hisaronu where there is an Azda, Morison or Migros supermarket.

“Fantastic holiday - Great villa -lovely pool area” Stayed at Inci Villa for 2 weeks in August 2012. Thanks to Tracy for smooth transfer and answering all questions in advance. Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Plenty of hot water and towels and lots of room for all the family. There is a lovely pool and lawn area at the Villa. The pool was cleaned daily and the towels and sheets cleaned every other day. We went to the beach everyday which was a 10 minute drive away but pool lovers would be happy to lounge around the garden. Numerous restaurants within walking distance or for a livelier time head for Hisaronu or Olu Deniz. The nearby shops are happy to deliver and were very helpful. The beaches are mainly stony but at the end of the lagoon at Olu Deniz the pebbles are so smooth it's not a problem. The water and marine life was fantastic. We visited Gemile and Kidrak beaches a few times both of which were good (Sun beds and Umbrellas available to hire) We did a private boat hire with Captain MÜCO.A fantastic day out visiting different coves and an amazing lunch on board. A must do day out.

“Orca inci 4.. Fab!!!!!!!” Spent a week in orca inci 4 13-20 June 2012. What a time we had. 8 women between ages 37-60. Villa was spotless. Well maintained!!! Pool cleaned daily and maids in every second day!!! More than ample towels which were pure white and soft. Very spacious. Downstairs area great. Like an annex with bedroom sitting area shower room and kitchen. Pool great size with lovely loungers and seated shaded area..There's a wee shop about 6 min walk for you're essentials which is really reasonable....I would walk to nightlife but a taxi was 15ytl approx £6 but they seat 6. If you're going to restrurants they will pick you up and drop you off. Although overlooked there's no one to annoy you when sunbathing... Owner arranged transfers which were £10 each return. Great value!!! Smooth transfers. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. Hopefully booking for next year. Thanks Tracy!!!!!

“Excellent holiday! Everything so well organised!” We visited this area in May withJamesvillas and did not receive the service that we did will this holiday letting! it was so easy to set up-the owner was very informative and the transfers were spot on! The villa itself was in an ideal location and we were kept informed of activities on offer at the Orka complex. The cleaners turned up every other day to change towels etc -(with Jamesvillas they turned up once in 2 weeks and we never did see their rep-even though they had forgotten to book our car hire at the airport!) Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning next year x
