About the home

Although the villa is very private with a stunning mountain backdrop, it is situated in an area with neighbouring properties. Safe, secure and ideally situated for a perfectly relaxing break. The spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen areas lead onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and is ideal for outside dining for up to eight people. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. All bedrooms are en suite and there is an additional ground floor WC. The villa is on three storeys with all rooms air-conditioned.

If you want to get out and about there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. A less than five minute stroll reveals the start of a wide variety of bars and restaurants offering cuisines to suit all tastes. Numerous small shops and supermarkets are close by as are agencies for the more adventurous to book activities and excursions. Hisaronu, offering excellent night life and entertainment, is a fifteen minute walk away. The famous blue lagoon at Oludeniz can be reached with a ten minute ride on a dolmus. For the more shopping orientated visitors, a bargain hunting trip to the market in the local town of Fethiye is essential.

The master bedroom has a double bed, a large private balcony overlooking the pool, a dressing area complete with vanity unit separates the en suite from the sleeping area.

The second bedroom and both basement bedrooms have twin beds.

The second bedroom on the upper floor has a private balcony.

All bedrooms have good storage and all twin beds can be pushed together as doubles if required.

The villa is set back from the local road with a private drive shared with the villa to the rear.

Small grassed areas to the side and rear of the villa in private gardens.

The pool dimensions are 5.08m x 8.54 m and it has underwater lighting for use in the evening.

The pool area is fully furnished with eight sun loungers, four parasols and four side tables. These are all new for lettings in 2013.

The terrace overlooking the pool has been equipped with dining facilities for 8 people.

Further details

As the swimming pool is unheated it is only available for use from the beginning of May to the end of October.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

Turkey's Mediterranean shore, called the Turquoise Coast, is nearly 1600 km (994 miles) long, scattered with fine-sand beaches and sprinkled abundantly with classical cities turned to picturesque ruins.

The weather in this area is generally regarded as being some of the best in Turkey. The summer season is long and daytime temperatures can rise above 32 degrees Celsius. The winters are mild and not too cold.
Ovacik is located between Olundeniz and Fethiye spread out along a spectacularly beautiful valley below Babadag mountain.

Built on the ruins of an ancient city, Fethiye has age-old stone sarcophagi in its streets and gardens, rock-hewn tombs in a cliff above the town, an active yacht harbor, a vast bay dotted with islands, a vibrant market and all tourist services. Over the mountains south of Fethiye and four kilometres from Ovacik , this is perhaps Turkey's most beautiful beach, and also its most popular.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ovacik is a quiet and rural area with splendid views of the surrounding pine clad mountains. Life here is peaceful, calm and traditional. The air is usually cooler and fresher than at sea level, which can be very welcome at the height of the summer.

It is a very beautiful village popular with families and people who like private accommodation whilst retaining access to many varied local amenities. A short stroll presents a range of restaurants and traditional tavernas serving cuisines to cater for all tastes.

Ovacik is close to the popular beach at Olu-Deniz with it's famous fresh water lagoon. The four kilometre journey will take no more than 20 minutes by dolmus bus. There are many varied attractions which will appeal to all tastes. These can all be booked locally at any of the many outlets along the village streets. Some of the most popular include:

• A day trip across the water to the Greek island of Rhodes
• Tandem paragliding from the 6000 feet high summit of Babadag down to the beach below
• Jeep safari through some breathtakingly beautiful and contrasting countryside
• Being pampered in a Turkish bath or a mud bath at Dalyan
• A trip to Turtle beach
• Quad biking through the local countryside and ancient haunting Greek village of Kaya
• A fun filled day at the aquapark
• Sightseeing from the air via a microlight.

For those that want a more active night life, the nearby town of Hisaronu provides this with it's crowded bars, bustling restaurants and dance clubs.

“Fabulous villa” Just returned from our second visit to this lovely villa. Everything was as expected. The children spent most of their time in the pool and the adults relaxed on the sun beds. Located in a lovely quiet spot but with plenty of good restaurants and bars close by. There is a great supermarket next door which stocks just about everything you could need. We had some fabulous BBQ,s on an evening. I would recommend this villa to any age group, it,s gorgeous.

“Lovely villa in an excellent location” We stayed there for two weeks with our extended family (ages 16 - 70) and everyone in the party thought the villa was perfect. Its in a good location just set back off the main oludeniz road, which is lined with good restaurants and handy shops stocking most of your needs. Every part of the villa is well maintained ( the private pool area is cleaned twice a day) and is smart and modern, with comfortable beds and furniture. There are dolmus and taxis if you need them just outside but the pool and patio area are fairly secluded from the road as it sits behind another villa. If you want the nightlife of Hisaronu , its about a 15 -20 minute stroll away, though there are many good restaurants and bars around the villa.

“Fantastic villa in great location.” We found the villa to be of an excellent, high standard both for facilities and location. Very spacious with a fabulous pool. We travelled with friends but this villa would easily suit families too. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the management company was extremely helpful and close by. There are many restaurants and shops very close to the villa and is only a walk away from town. The staff were always welcoming and friendly. For those of you less inclined to walk the bus service is very easy to use, cheap and runs frequently. It ideally situated to be able to travel easily to other towns and the coast. There is plenty to do we enjoyed the paragliding, jeep safari and quad biking. There is plenty for everyone to find something they like. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa and area to anyone.

“Relaxing holiday in a beautiful villa” I cannot recommend this villa more! The location is perfect for peace and quiet yet not far to travel for busy nightlife. The Villa is well maintained, and has wonderful staff always available to help with any queries. I stayed with my daughter, 2 friends and their 2 children, and they were kept totally entertained by the lovely pool. The owners of the villa were always approachable, and kept me informed on a regular basis prior to our holiday.

“Fabulous Villa” Had an amazing holiday at the villa, It is in a fantastic location close to the centre of Hisaronu. The 4 bedrooms with en suite were spacious and all had airconditioning. The pool and barbecue area was maintained every day we spent many hours lazing around and the young children spent most of the day in the large pool. I would certainly make a return visit as it has everything needed for a fabulous holiday.

“fantastic holiday” Had a fantastic time. Villa was in a nice quiet location but plenty to do just a short walk away. Our teenage daughter had a good time and loved the pool. She gave the holiday 10 out of 10. There is a shop at the end of the path that sells fresh bread and milk which is open 24 hours a day. The local bars serve good food at great prices. We would definitely stay here again.

“Perfect” Our party of 8 have just returned from our second holiday at this villa.Everything here is just perfect. The location is fantastic being set back up a driveway off the main road running through Ovacik. At the bottom of the driveway is a shop which sells items needed on a daily baisis eg fresh bread, ice cream and beers. A large supermarket can be found furt her towards Hisaronu for other items.The villa has everything you need and is a ' home from home' The bedrooms are spacious with adequate storage and each one having an ensuite is such a bonus.The outside area is great which is where we spent most of our time. The pool is fantastic and large enough for having lots of fun in.There are lots of bars and restaurants very close to the villa.For more choice Hisaronu is about a 15-20 mins walk or you can catch the dolmus which run every few minutes.If you book Golden Trio you will not be disappointed.
