The villa's walled garden is completely private holding a rich selection of exotic vegetation including palms, fruit and banana trees. The terrace overlooking the pine forest and mountains is magnificently framed by an abundance of colour (bougainvillea and orange trumpet vines) making alfresco dining a sheer delight.

The entire villa including the circular staircase is marbled with the ground floor accommodation lending itself to open-plan living with extremely comfy furniture, a fully functional kitchen and bathroom. The lounge area has a 42 inch flatscreen TV with English channels, a DVD and an open log fire for those cosy winter evenings (for Winter guests). The master bedroom (with en suite) commands stunning mountain views and leads out to the upper circular terrance as does the other double bedroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. Each room has air-conditioning with fly screens.

The complex has a large 160sqm communal swimming pool and children's pool with a generous supply of sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas and tables for poolside use. There is also an air-conditioned gym complete with various electronic equipment and dumbbell weights. This site has 24 hours security, Wi-FI internet and ample car parking space at the back of the villa.

Although the Belos complex is quiet and tranquil, it's very close to all amenities. The local bus service (Dolmus) is a five minute walk down the road - where minibuses run every 10 minutes between 6am and 2am in season. These minibuses will take you to the famous Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon) beach resort (10 min bus), bustling Hisaronu (5 min bus) with shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs) and in the other direction to Fethiye (15 min bus) which is a charming harbour town complete with a old shopping bazaar, some excellent restaurants, 16th century Turkish Bath, a number of delightful old mosques and a smart new Marina.

Hisaronu

The charming hill town of Hisaronu, a short distance inland from Turkey's Mediterranean coast, has boomed into a popular holiday resort bristling with hotels, bars, restaurants and shops. Hisaronu is centrally located on the 'Turquoise Coast', within a short 'dolmus' (local bus ) ride from the busy centre of Fethiye, the beautiful seaside resort of Oludeniz with its blue lagoon and crescent beach, and numerous sites of interest.

Being set at a higher altitude, the villa has the advantage of being cooler and less humid than the coast, a pleasant refuge to retreat to after a day in the summer sun.

Ovacik, Hisaronu, Oludeniz and Fethiye are well supplied with a variety of stores selling everything holidaymakers look for in Turkey, from fake designer-wear to carpets and leather goods. Be prepared to do some friendly haggling, which is expected and part of the shopping experience.

In Ovacik you can bask in glorious sunshine or travel a short distance and indulge is some thrill-seeking water sports or nightlife. Ovacik is a relaxing and peaceful resort yet within easy reach of lively Hisaronu and the stunning coast at Oludeniz (Olu Deniz).

Enjoy a drink in one of the bars and a first class meal in one of Ovacik's restaurants. There are a few restaurants, shops and a supermarket along the main street in Ovacik and travelling by dolmus, the local public transport, takes only 5 minutes to reach the centre of Hisaronu with its vibrant nightlife and abundance of restaurants and shops.

The villa views are breath taking and surrounding walks a real adventure. The more energetic can climb the impressive Babadag Mountain and look down upon the paragliders below. There are many excursions available, visit Oludeniz (Olu Deniz) and see the beautiful blue lagoon, voted one of the world's most picturesque destinations. Alternatively take a boat trip from Fethiye harbour and enjoy the coastline and many Lycian islands

Hisaronu has a variety of restaurants that cater for all palates of international tourists, from traditional English to Chinese, Indian, Italian, in fact whatever really takes your fancy! Prices are about half of what you would expect to pay in the UK, a large beer will set you back just over £1. Most are along the main street, including favourites like the Shine Indian Restaurant and the Dragonara Chinese restaurant. For traditional Turkish delights the Olive Tree is hard to beat.

The nightlife of Hisaronu is legendary on the 'Turquoise Coast', its clubs and pubs rocking until the early hours during the summer season. Holidaymakers will find everything from Turkish theme nights to British soccer, 60s discos or full-on nightclubs.
