About the home

This is a lovely two double bedroom apartment with ample space ideal for self catering holidays. It is built to a very high standard and is in a cosy and well maintained apartment complex which is perfectly situated in Hisaronu, backed by a pine forest.

The complex has a very nice well maintained garden and the mountain views are breath taking.
Ideal to have morning walks or cycling.

The apartment has two double bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. The upstairs bedroom bas a double bed, and has access to the balcony. Second bedroom is on downstairs with again en-suite facilities, this bedroom has twin bed.
Kitchen is downstairs with dining area, kitchen has all you need from washing machine to pans and cutlery, you can find a complete list in Facilities section below.

The apartment also has two patios, one in the back and one in the front, both of them suitable for BBQ and out door eating, we have provided additional table and chairs for an alfresco feast.

The complex has a large pool just a stone’s throw away.

Supermarkets and all amenities are within literally 2 minute walk as bars and cafes.
Also you can take a dolmus (minibus) to both Fethiye centre and Oludeniz, dolmus stops are within 3-4 minute walk.

The complex is maintained 24 hours so if you have any problems someone is always there.

Both bedroom has en suite facilities, plenty of storage and plenty of light.

Ceramic flooring is used throughout the apartment.

The lounge is upstairs which includes a sofa bed for extras as well as two single confy chairs, TV, DVD/CD player, also access to the balcony with garden and mountain views.

Dining room with kitchen is downstairs.
The kitchen has all you would ever need, from frying pans to sauce pans, usual cutlery, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, washing machine etc.

This apartment is thoroughly more than sufficient for your self-catering holiday.

The complex has an immaculate out doors and garden. In the garden you can find our cute tortoises family.

You can relax on the patio or just beside the pool.
Two sets of outdoor table and chairs are provided , for both patios.

Private sun loungers and shades are provided for you.

The rest of the fee and refundable £150 breakage deposit have be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday.
Breakage deposit wil be refunded within 4 days of your departure subject to satisfactore property inspection.

The Hisaronu area

Hisaronu is a small village ideal for all sorts of holidays, from chilling out to party town.
The village has numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and discos, filled with very friendly people.
In the restaurants you can enjoy scrumptious local cuisine as well as bangers and mash with bargain prices.

Wine bars and cocktail bars are not missed do not worry.

You can also enjoy SKY sports broadcast on the bars and cafes while sipping your cold refreshing beer.

There are several supermarkets, pharmacies, opticians as well as gift shops.

Hisaronu is ideally located between Fethiye centre and Oludeniz, you can take a dolmus (minibus) to both Fethiye centre (15 mins) and Oludeniz (10 mins), the stops are within 3-4 minutes walk form the apartment complex.

Nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM).

Hisaronu is approximately 45-50 minutes from the airport.

From Dalaman Airport there is Havas airport buses run in conduction with almost all flights, to and from Fethiye.
Please note that if you use Hava airport buses, you need to take a taxi from the bus terminal to Hisaronu which takes 10 minutes.

“Fantastic villas” lovely villa. Plenty of space inside, air con, clean. Large kitchen. TV/DVD. English speaking staff on hand. great location five minutes from centre, up a slight hill yet in a quite location. close... more

“Quality apartments, perfect location, one of the biggest pools in Hisaronu.” At the risk of not being able to book these again, I cannot recommend these apartments highly enough. Levent runs the bookings from the UK and his family look after the complex on site in Hisaronu, added to this is a husband and wife caretaker team that seem to work 24hrs a day to make sure the apartment grounds and pool are always immaculate. We took 12 people spread across three of Levent's apartments, our one concern was that there would not be enough sun beds and umbrellas, however at the first sign of a shortage the caretaker and his wife were taking beds out of storage, cleaning them and putting them out for use. Location is extremely close to the action, but far enough away not to be bothered by the noise. Sunsets over the pine forest and mountains are spectacular when viewed from the apartments balcony or on the pool deck. This is the second time I have rented from Levent and it won't be the last.

“Clean,spacious apartment in a fantastic location” This apartment is spacious with a large living area and adjoining kitchen.There is a full size fridge and new washing machine. The air conditioning unit is in the lounge area. There are two balconies and a patio area with table and chairs. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds both have en-suite shower rooms. The apartment is really near to the pool and the caretakers live in the apartment below. The location of this apartment couldn't be better, the town centre of Hisaronu is a few minutes away. We would stay here again.
