C5 The View Apartment is a first floor, 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom premium quality apartment set on the highly desirable 'Village Complex'. Set on the outskirts of Ovacik, The Village is a gated complex, designed to have that rustic feel, with stone built cottages and cobbled lanes surrounding a huge pool area.

One for the grown ups !!! The View Apartment has be designed and furnished for couples who enjoy a bit of luxury on their holidays. We have upgradeded many of the features in the apartment and given it a modern, contemporary feel. The apartment was built in 2005, but since we took ownership in 2010, we have renovated and upgraded most features.

- Double bedroom with hand made wooden furniture. Fresh cotton sheets and towels.
- Large bathroom with glass paneled shower cubicle.

- Large, south facing terrace with magnificent views over Ovacik Valley, furnished for alfresco dining.

- Solar water heating.

Further details outdoors:
The apartment is situated at the top of the complex, and boasts impressive views of Ovacik Valley and the mountains of Mendos and Babadag. The balcony is bathed in sunshine most of the day.
The complex has a huge communal pool with mountain views all round, where sunbeds and a parasol have been specifically allocated for the apartment guests.

This is a no smoking property, although we have no objections to smoking on the balcony.

We have contact with owners of other properties on and around The Village complex who rent, therefore we can help to find accommodation if you have more than one party wanting an apartment.

Sorry we do not do long term lets.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region

The Turquoise coast is on the south west coast of Turkey. It is a region of outstanding natural beauty, being very green and mountainous. C5 The View Apartment is set on a plateau, 1000ft above sea level, the cooling breezes making it more comfortable in the hot summer temperatures.
Ovacik is on the outskirts of the lively resort of Hisaronu ( 30 minutes walk or 5 minute dolmus ride ), and only 10 minutes by dolmus from the breath-taking coastline of Olu Deniz.
Fethiye is only 15 minutes by dolmus. This is a busy market town set on a beautiful natural harbour. A great place to people watch.
The dolmus (minibus) is the cheapest and easiest way of getting around. They can be caught on the main Fethiye-Hisaronu road, just 1 minute from the apartment.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

Ovacik is a quiet, rural area just outside of Hisaronu. There are several small supermarkets nearby for all food essentials and several good restaurants within walking distance, but most of the lively nightlife is found in the resort of Hisaronu. This is just a short dolmus ride away. Here you will find every type of international cuisine, all cooked to high standards, but costing very little. There are many bars here although they are generally not rowdy.

There are many activities and places of interest in this region on Turkey.
Gullet criuses can be taken from Fethiye and Olu Deniz.
Water sports and paragliding are available from Olu Deniz.
Other arranged day trips,which can be booked from agents in Hisaronu, include;
Jeep Safari, Dalayan river cruise and mud baths, Saklikient gorge, the ancient city of Ephesus, the cotton mountains of Pamukale and many more.

A breakage/damage deposit of £100.00 is required when the balance is due and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisactory property insepection).

£75 per week is required to secure a booking.(non refundable)

Full payment is required 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday.

Cancellations

If guests cancel their bookings, no refunds will be given on payments made. Please ensure you take out travel insurance when booking your holiday.

Return Airport Transfers for dalaman airport can be arranged at a cost of £70 return. (2012 transfer charges to be confirmed)
