Nicholas Gate apartments are set in a fantastic location just a 5 minutes walk into Hisaronu, set back on a hillside gives it a nice quiet location. The apartments were built in 2004, and the attractive complex comprises of 25 properties sharing two pools and a small splash pool The accommodation is fully equipped for a self catering holiday and is fully furnished.. The location is stunning , with fantastic views of Tauras mountains and views of Hisaronu , once you've been you'll understand and want to go back.

The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
This beautiful stretch of coastline is know as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise coast and is breathtaking.Summer temperatures average 30-40C with a winter average of 16C. The village of Hisaronu is located on a plateau 1,000FT above sea level under Mount Badadag. There are stunning views of the pineclad mountains with a refreshing cooling breeze from the sea in the hot summer.
Hisaronu area
Hisaronu is a lively resort overlooking the spectacular Olu Deniz lagoon . There are a good choice of bars and restaurants to suit all ages and tastes. Olu Deniz is the most photographed beach in Turkey and you'll know why when you see it. The sheltered lagoon beach and turquoise calm waters are ideal for children. There many boat trips and watersports on offer. Calis beach is a small resort near Hisaronu , with numerous bars, restaurants and shops . There is also an Aquapark great for those hot days.Not to be missed Calis sunsets. Fethiye is a typical Turkish town and has loads to offer. There is a market on a Tuesday which is well worth a visit.There is a Marina with many boat trips with take you around the spectacular coastline. Resort is seasonal but a Ski Resort is due for completion this year which is a 45 min drive from Olu Deniz

Regular flight connections fly to Dalaman -Perfect for a two centre break. We can also arrange transport at a cost of £20 per person -minimum of 4 . Taxis and car hire hire are available at airport or could be arranged in resort.

Further details indoors: The apartments comprise of a 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment and a 2nd floor studio apartment . They may be rented together or separately. The first floor is reached by a marble staircase,which gives you access to the two bedroom apartment. There is a spacious lounge with double patio doors to the balcony with table and chairs. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool. The lounge is equipped with Tv, Dvd player,Stereo , ipod docking station ,dining table and six chairs ,Large sofa bed and chair which also turns into a small bed.The kitchen is equipped with a marble work top, cooker, fridge ,microwave , washing machine and leads to a second balcony overlooking the mountains.There are two bedrooms , one single and one double , both have wardrobes and dressing tables . There is a bathroom with Wc ,washbasin and showerThe second floor has a separtate entrance and leads to a large attic Studio,with a good size room with a double bed. There is a bathroom ,with Wc washbasin ,bath and shower.The kitchen has marble work tops with has been extended to provide a breakfast bar and stools . The kitchen is equipped with fridge, kettle , and small top cooker . A terrace leads from the bedroom with fantastic views .Both apartments have individually controlled air conditioning.A highchair and cot may be provided if required
Further details outdoors: There are stunning views from the main sun terrace over looking the pool and the pine forest mountains.Hisaronu village is a 3min walk away with plenty of restaurants and bars .There are two swimming pools within the complex and a small children's pool at the main pool which is right next to the apartment.The pool and gardens are accessible from the ground floor.Sunbeds and parasols are available free of charge .There is a small gym , turkish bath , two pools at the Nicholas Park Hotel which may also be used free of charge for our customers,just a short walk away.Daily courtesy bus pick from outside apartment to Nicholas private Genc beach on Oui deniz blue lagoon.
Further details
The property is suitable for singles,families and couples.Due to access of steps it would be awkward for people with walking disabilities.Weekly clean is provided in price, extra cleans are availble at an extra cost.The pool and gardens are maintained daily by the Nicholas Maintenance group.Pool is maintained between April and October .
Conditions
No smoking is requested within the apartments , only on balconies. Please provide your own beach towels . A refundable deposit is required to cover any damage and loss of keys.A condition of booking is that all guests must have adequate insurance.
