This beautiful and spacious, privately owned luxury detached villa is located in the Turkish Turquoise Coast region with easy access to Oludeniz, Fethiye, and Hisaronu. The accommodation sleeps 8 to 10 people and is ideally suited to groups or large families.
Villa Ordek has a triplex design. On the lower level there is a large fully fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room, and a separate wc & hand basin. The mid level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the upper level houses the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned and ample private parking space is available.
Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, fridge and washing machine, The Lounge has Satelite TV and DVD player, The property is fully maintained and a weekly maid service is provided; linen and towels are supplied. Our local manager lives close by and is always available in the unlikely event that you should experience a problem or if you need any advice or assistance throughout your holiday.

There is an Aqua Pool close by and many little hotels that offer their facilities to non residents. There are a number of little shops close by and larger supermarkets in both Hisaronu and Fethiye. The local bus stops at the bottom of the drive for easy access to both Fethiye, Hisaronu and the beach.
The Turquoise Coast/Lycia region
Fethiye is 135km southwest of Marmaris and has an outstanding and busy marina. The ancient name of the city is Telmessos and you will see a fortress on the hill overlooking the city, which was built by the Knights of Rhodes. Fethiye is known for its rock tombs carved into the faces of the cliffs by the Lycians. Theses are elaborately carved and an especially remarkable; one is the tomb of Ammytas dating from the 4th century BC built in Doric architectural style. It is well worth visiting. Other historical places in the city are the Sarcopaghi and the Fethiye Tower.
To the southwest of Fethiye lies Xanthos at Kinik village, an important ancient capitol of the Lycians. It's setting is naturally adorned while Letoon, by Kumluova village and close to Xanthos is also interesting.
The Beach and the Sovalye Island are real destinations for those who like to enjoy the most beautiful sea; Belcegiz Bay is also good for such a visit and provides natural mountain scenery. The bay forms the dreamlike Belcegiz – Olüdeniz (Blue Lagoon) known as “a paradise that God granted to Earth”, a very fine place with 3kms of natural beach and crystal blue waters in enchanting surroundings. For picnicking try Kidri Park, for sightseeing the Gemilar Islands with their Byzantine ruins among the pine trees are recommended.
A heaven like beauty awaits you at Koturumsu, which you can only reach by boat. There are waterfalls flowing across valleys where thousands of butterflies, exhibiting tremendous shades of colours fly amongst the pine forest bordering the lovely beach. Some of the other natural attractions are Katranci Bay, Gunluk (Kusuk Kargi) Bay. Oyuktepe, Göcek with its harbour and marina. Lately parachuting from Baba Mountain has become one of the most popular sports and it gives magnificent views for people flying over this great beach lagoon.
There are several small supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes walk and there are local buses (dolmus) which run every 10 minutes that will take you to the beach, Fethiye etc for a very small sum. The villa lies just between the Grand Ucel Water Park and the Turtle Restaurant.
