About the home

The villa is fully furnished to a high standard offering all the home comforts. So, whether you're relaxing on the sun lounges by the pool; having a quiet evening in by the tv; enjoying a bbq with family or friends on the veranda; or having a hot relaxing shower (or bath!) after a jeep safari, the villa offers everything you need.

Set in a quiet and peaceful location, this private complex offers 2 swimming pools and 1 children's splash pool, and a small bar/shop/cafe within well maintained gardens. The bar provides service throughout the season (day and evening) for poolside refreshments and snacks. They also have a small store of essentials eg milk, daily fresh bread, bottled water, washing powder, etc. English speaking, they are happy to assist with vehicle hire (inc taxis) and local information.

There is also FREE air conditioned transport from the complex daily to/from private beach within the Blue Lagoon - approx 8 minutes.

THE COAST LINE is home to Oludeniz beach, one of Turkey's most famous and most photographed beaches, with its crystal clear turquoise waters and gentle lapping waves is always a magnificent sight as the skyline between the sea and sky blends into one.

At the far end of the beach you will find the Blue Lagoon set inside a national park area. Not visible from the open sea the lagoon is very sheltered with still, warm waters perfect for safe swimming and paddling for any age group. Turtles can occassionally be seen swimming in the Blue Lagoon.

FETHIYE is a lively harbour town with a lovely marina and promenade area. It is home every Tuesday to a truly traditional Turkish market which is the largest of its kind in the area and is a must for locals and tourists alike, with this heady mix of exotic spices, teas, fruits, vegetables and, of course, turkish delight. Traders come from far and wide to sell goods ranging from designer handbags, clothing and jewellery. Lots of exciting places to eat including the fish market.

The Hisaronu / Ovacik area

HISARONU is 300 metres above sea level; and benefits from the fresh mountain air; making it slightly cooler than the seaside resort of Oludeniz. It is a 20 minute walk and is the nearest town. It offers shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs, shows, supermarkets, children's funfair, Doctors and chemists, cash points. You can also book many of the excursions available (boat trips, jeep safaris, white water rafting, quad bikes, canoeing, horse riding, etc ) - shop around for the best prices. Monday is market day - a smaller version of Fethiye's Tuesday market.

10 minutes by dolmus (bus) to Fethiye - Tuesday market, restaurants, shops, yachting marina, bazaar
8 minutes by dolmus(bus) to Oludeniz and the famous Blue lagoon

Buses (Dolmus) run every few minutes from the main Hisaronu/Fethiye road.

Lively Hisaronu town has lots of restaurants, bars, shops (inc supermarkets) and evening entertainment (shows, nightclubs and children's fairground).

Fethiye is the main town offering a large marina, lively traditional Tuesday market, lots of restaurants and shops and much more.
