The Haven is just a little piece of Heaven where life stands still, set in a stunning location with its own beach to the front and Titchfield National Nature reserve to the rear. This idyllic position is situated on private land with a padlocked gate to public vehicle access and away from the main beach road, so the only sound is the waves and calling of wild birds.
The chalet has been refurbished in 2012 to a very high standard and is cosy yet contemporary in design, with eco friendly solar powered electricity. The chalet situated on the beach has a panoramic sea view of the Solent overlooking the Isle of Wight. By day watching the Solent with an ever changing view of yachts, dingies, windsurfers and kitesurfers and by night the sunsets are stunning either inside by the wood burner or outside on the terrace/beach. The romantic views watching sunrise and sunset are out of this world. Titchfield National Nature Reserve to the rear is also perfect for twitchers, nature lovers, artists, photographers, cyclists and walkers. A short walk along the cliff path brings you to the Hamble river and marinas.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!"
Our holiday at the beach house was a very relaxing week. Situated right on the beach we sat in our deck chairs taking in the fabulous setting, and enjoyed watching the water-sports. We are keen windsurfers and kayakers so it was lovely to be able to simply walk out of the door and onto the beach. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with a bright open feel. Although the weather was mixed it was equally nice watching the waves in the warmth and comfort, however when the sun came out it was heaven. We also loved the small harbour and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the Haven Cafe and the Osbourne View pub, nice to walk to in the evenings. Hopefully this was the first of many stays there, especially as the owners were friendly and helpful.

"What a fantastic spot"
The house exceeded all of our expectations, we could not stop looking out at the views, both day and night. We were a little bit concerned about not being connected to mains electricity but again, this was not a problem. The log burner was great, we collected drift wood off the beach and had very cosy evenings in front of it. It looked like it has just been refurbished, all of the decoration, furniture and fittings looked new and it was very clean.
We did a fair amount of walking, we can recommed the Osborne View Pub in Hill Head, about a 15 minute walk away to the east for excellent food. Walking west along the cliff tops gave stunning views across the solent. We did walk all the way to Warsash and got a taxi back.
