Four Star, Gold award. Originally built in 1856 as Ninebanks School Master's House, Allen View Holiday Cottage, has been updated to be a beautiful, relaxing self-catering cottage. This Grade II listed building has a great sense of history with many original features including open fire, mixed with the comfort of modern convenience and oil central heating. Spectacular views of the Allen Valleys and overlooking the river Allen, perfect for a relaxing break. Fantastic walks and cycle routes on the doorstep, great for active families. Sleeps 4 - Master king size bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom, cot available on request, family bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with electric range, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, utility, additional downstairs toilet, lounge with TV, DVD, iPod deck, private parking. Bed linen and towels provided. Outdoor furniture, barbecue and herb garden. Change over days usually Friday and Monday, although we will try to be flexible if at all possible.

A great holiday let. Fantastic kitchen with enough pans and sharp knives for proper cooking. Toy cupboard and dressing up for the kids. Beer in the welcome hamper. Super standard of cleanliness. Great!
