Set down a quiet country lane, this single story property stands in its own private garden, and adjoins a gymnasium with multi gym and sauna. Converted from a barn by the neighbouring owners, this self-catering cottage is well placed to discover Norfolk. The local pubs and shops are of the highest quality, to suit every budget.
The cottage has an entrance hall, leading to a fitted kitchen with dining area, living room with doors to a conservatory and garden overlooking the stables and fields. Two bedrooms sleep four persons, and the bathroom has over-bath shower, hand basin, and toilet.
A dog is permitted in the cottage and horse owners have the opportunity to take advantage of the above facilities, and bring their horse to use the many local bridle paths and beaches. Stabling and grazing is available on site.

You can hire sailing boats, motor cruisers (by the hour or the day) you can even charter one of the few remaining Norfolk Wherry yachts, complete with crew.

"cosy well appointed,shame about the beds"
Well appointed, closed in garden ideal for our small dog. Quiet spot, well positioned for coast and broads, car essential. Beds were the let down, springs pushing up making for a uncomfortable night… More

"Great cottage in a central location!"
A great little cottage with many features to make it feel like home. Many thoughtful extras provided e.g. Cot, high chair, baby bath, bin bags, toilet roll, pegs!
Clean & well presented. Good base for exploring North Norfolk. Would suit families, couples or older travellers as all on one level. Car essential.
