"Relaxing break"

Just what we wanted. A very peaceful, relaxing stay in 'proper France', not another Brit in sight. Forrest is beautiful and just up the road, Hesdin is great for the market and restaurants. … More

"Great family holiday - home from home."

This is a real home from home. We travelled with children and a grandparent. The accommodation was just right. The Barn bedroom and ensuite are almost a separate wing, so part of the family can tuck themselves away if they want. The games room was well used by us all - darts and pool. The table tennis was also frequently used. The kitchen and utility room were both well equipped, and we liked the 'use stuff in the cupboards, but please replace policy'. The location is very quiet, and everything is a car ride away so if you can't just pop to the shop, but this suited us. There were lots of interesting places to visit and the Forest is on the doorstep. We had a great week, and would have no hesitation in returning.
