We have a luxury villa for rent in Herzliya Pituach with everything you could possibly want or need for a fabulous luxury holiday.
This is a beautiful architect designed Villa over 3 floors (with a lift) that used to be the Dutch embassy / ambassador’s residence in a very good location near many amenities but very quiet and secluded (it is on a dead end mainly pedestrian only road but has access for cars to its own secure covered parking with electric gates).
It is 5 minutes walk from the sea and has its own private secluded heated swimming pool (electric safety cover and 3 meter wide tilled steps for easy access) and beautiful gardens (fully lit) with two separate terrace areas (one by the pool with settees chairs and tables) and a large 50 Square meter sun terrace (10 feet above street level) with a huge parasol sun shade, a glass top dining table and chairs that seats 12+ and a couple of good sun loungers).
The house is fully air-conditioned (centrally ducted on the ground and first floors and 3 separate units in the basement areas).
There are 4 double bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms.
Large open plan ground floor living dining and kitchen area (100 Sq Meters approximately) with 3 sets of huge patio doors that access both the pool area and terraces (this area has a lovely polished wooden floor; the rest of the house including the terraces and pool areas have a polished white hallil stone floor).
The kitchen is fully appointed with a stainless steel American style Fridge freezer with built in ice maker; there is a Bosch stainless steel gas hob on a central island, separate milky and meaty dishwashers, microwave, electric oven etc and of course it’s fully kosher.
There is an adjoining large Mamaad (sealed room) hidden behind a door that blends in with the rest of the kitchen units that is used as the utility room with a separate sink and a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as all of the usual necessities (iron, ironing board, Dyson vacuum cleaner, etc) It’s also were we store the huge stainless steel Gas BBQ that runs off the main house gas cylinders.
The ground floor has a separate guest toilet and a hand-washing sink in the area between the toilet and living area.
The basement area is about 95 Sq meters and has the 4th double bedroom with semi en-suite bathroom / toilet. The open plan area has 3 double IKEA sofa bed settees and access to the secure covered double garage and from there the street.
The basement bedroom can easily be used as a very luxurious room for a spoilt AU-Pair or treasured guest who needs a bit of separation from the rest of the family; the sofa beds can easily accommodate a whole host of children comfortably and there are plenty of duvets and linen to accommodate the wildest of permutations of guests.
The first floor has 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite; the master bedroom also has a substantial walk in dressing room / closet that has a linking door to bedroom 2 (this can be locked to prevent bedroom 2 having access), the en-suite for the master bedroom has a large Jacuzzi bath with shower and a separate shower and steam room.
The house has both wired and wireless internet access.
There is a video door entry system to the house and a full alarm system.
The house has a designer metal security fence on all 4 sides and is nicely secluded.

The Tel Aviv District / Hasharon/Herzliya region
Herzliya is a small and very exclusive city on the coastal plain of Israel just north of Tel Aviv (20 minutes away) and just south of Netanya.
Named after the great Theodore Herzl whose statue stands by the side of the main road into town.
Herzliya Pituach is a very sought after holiday and second home destination.
The beaches are superb with soft golden sand carefully maintained by the local municipality who also supply a full lifeguard service for the peak season.
There are diving, surfing, wind surfing and sailing schools on the beach under the Dan Acadia hotel.
The beaches have a large variety of good restaurants on site.
There is also the swanky marina where you can hire boats for trips; the marina has its own state of the art shopping mall crammed with shops cafes and restaurants and the outside of the mall is an eateries paradise with a wide range of cafes restaurants and ice cream bars.
Herzliya itself has all the amenities of a vibrant growing city with great shopping and eating everywhere.
There are several malls in the area (called canyons by the locals).
There are several large hotels on the beach where visitors can pop in to the coffee bars or book an evening meal at the hotel restaurant.
Herzliya also has a small airfield where you can learn to fly.
Herzliya / Herzliya Pituach area
You should visit the marina, the 7 stars mall and all the great beaches, there is a good water park a couple of Km up the road at Shefayim.
Closer to home there is a very good children's park 250 meters from the house and a small but high class local supermarket and very good italian style restaurant 100 yards further on. The house has very good access to the rest of Israel with Highway number 2 having a junction half a mile from the house.
How to get there
Currently the following airlines fly to Israel:
1. El Al 2. Thompson Fly 3. BMI 4. British Airways
Return flights at the time of writing start at about £300.
All flights go to Ben Gurion in Tel Aviv which is a 20 minute taxi ride from the house.
Car hire is available from the airport from a large variety of companies but for the best rates contact us first as we have a special deal with El Dan.
Israel has a great bus service and Taxis are everywhere.

Further details indoors: The house is a luxury residence; it easily sleeps 8 adults in the 4 double bedrooms and 6 or 8 plus kids in the basement on the bed settees.
Every amenity is catered for all you need is your clothes and toiletries; it is truly a luxury home away from home.
Further details outdoors: The whole outside area is fully lit with garden lighting and down lighters from the overhead plant troughs known locally as "arugas" the pool also has underwater lighting ideal for that midnight swimming party.
The huge stainless steel BBQ runs of the house gas supply and is always ready for use.

Rental is for whole weeks only with start dates on Sunday at noon; rental includes the weekly services of a pool man who keeps the pool in perfect condition and a gardener every 2 weeks; you will be required to take our cleaner at least once a week for a minimum of 3 hours at an extra cost of 50 NIS per hour plus 20NIS travel, extra hours by arrangement and subject to availability. Electricity and water bills are charged on top of the rental.
Conditions
50% deposit with booking to act as security / dilapidation deposit; this will be returned after the booking is completed with bills and damages deducted as required.
