Rent includes all amenities there are no additional fees except for one time 100 USD clean fee
Down Payment of 250 USD is due at reservation time
Rent (less your down payment) plus a Security Deposit of 1000 USD is due when you check in
Your Security deposit will be refunded back to you when you check-out assuming there are no damages
Cancellation fee - if you cancel more then 60 days in advance to your arrival date we will refund your down payment, less then 60 days notice will result in a 250 USD cancellation fee

Key and parking card will be waiting for you at the complex lobby.
Getting to Herzeliya Marina is easy
By car set your navigation system to 1 Yordei Yam St. Hrzeliya, should not take more than 45 min.
We can arrange to send you our "home" taxi driver that will meet you at the airport. should not cost more than 200 ILS.

All aspects of our stay were just amazing. Communication with Kiki was great, booking was easy and Kiki was very understanding to our needs. The apartment was very clean, all of our daily needs were met, and we missed nothing. Even when we ran out of coffee, Kiki was there the next day with more! Checking out was as easy as booking, and we felt no pressure to leave - Kiki actually asked us when will be a good time for us to leave... The facility is luxurious, and the location is just unbelievable. We will defiantly go back! |

The apartment is beautiful, everything was the same as the pictures, extremely clean, linens were clean and new. Kiki and Ronit left us cookies, and fresh fruit on top of all. If you need an apartment in Herzlia this is a sure bet. They really care |
