Our rates include all amenities there is no additional fees accept for a one time 100 USD fee for the maid that will clean after you
Rent is due in full when you check in - cash or credit (if you want to pay rent with a credit card we will charge extra 4%)
A deposit is due at reservation time (750 USD - can be paid via credit card or cash)
You will get your deposit back when you check out assuming there are no damages to the equipment
Cancellation fee - up to 45 days advance notice full refund of deposit, less then 45 days notice 750 USD
Parking is included for up to 2 cars

We stayed there for a week at the end of August. The appartment is small but very nice, all brand new, with stylish furniture and bathroom appliances (the huge shower head alone is worth the stay!). Everything you need is there, from hairdryer to Nespresso machine. It's a 3 minutes walk to the beach. Finally, Kiki, the owner, is very friendly and helpful. We will be back soon. |

Cancellation fee - if you cancel more then 60 days in advance to your arrival date we will refund your down payment, less then 60 days notice will result in a 250 USD cancellation fee
