Newly constructed in 2008 these exclusive luxury appointed bungalows are full of mod cons. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer dishwasher and gas hob along with electric oven. The vaulted ceiling lounge is flooded with natural light all day from the full height french doors onto the lawned garden. fresh towels and bed linen are all included within the price. For a small fee we will even send in a housekeeper daily if required to keep the home looking great during your stay. For our winter guests the house is so energy efficient and warm that you wont want to venture out in the evening just relax in the home and enjoy all the amenities.

On top of the slopes are amazing views of the Thames Estuary and Kentish Flats Wind Farm. The nearby town of Herne Bay is extremely popular with fishing enthusiasts and boasts many excellent seafood restaurants. With bands playing gently throughout the season this is the perfect spot to soak up the relaxed atmosphere of this charming town.

Should you fancy a day trip to London then it is only just over the hour by train and ninety minutes by car.Or perhaps a daytrip on the ferry to france just forty minutes away.

A well-behaved dog is allowed. Strictly no smoking . Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due to secure booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. The property can be accesed by wheelchair however there are no facilitys for the disabled within the bathroom area.A cancellation fee applies as follows. If you cancell 29 – 56 days before arrival date – 50% of rental refunded 15 to 28 days before arrival date – 25% 0 to 14 days before arrival date – 10 %
