About the home

You enter this villa by walking over the pools and looking at the beautiful lagoon and mountain views. You instantly feel on holiday sitting on the large sunny patios.

This is an ideal villa for a family as it is very child friendly with features as safety pool covers, a play room and a movie room. A 4-seater Golf cart is included in the villa rental as well as a selection of bicycles.

The villa has open plan kitchen and dining room that open up with large sliding doors to the pool area. Four of the bedrooms have large sliding doors opening up to the lagoon and golf view. The lounge is located at the top level and also has beautiful views.

This villa has been featured in several South African and foreign magazines.

The estate is about 20 min from Hermanus which offers the best land based whale watching in the world.

There is also a penguin colony about 20 min away. In the area there are also several well know wine farms and a botanical garden.

From Cape Town international airport it is a one hour drive. When leaving the airport go on the N2 towards Somerset West. Stay on the N2 for about 40 minutes until you come to the Hermanus turnoff (R43). Take this turnoff for about 5-7 kl until you get to the R44. Turn down the R44 (towards Kleinmond) and you will see Arabella Country Estate on your left after a few minutes. Drive in through the security gates and security will give you a map of the estate.
