Set in a idylic position for both summer and winter activities. This luxury cottage comprises of open plan living, with large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large living room. Large family shower room. Living room has large flat screen TV, and two modern comfortable sofas..
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed , second bedroom has two single beds. A third single can be added if needed. There is also a separate toilet and wash hand basin.

Hermagor / Passriach area
Christmas markets in Hermagor, Villach, Velden and Klagenfurt are a must to visit. Ice skating at the Weissensee which is guaranteed to freeze in Winter. The 6.5km² surface of the lake is the largest consistently frozen and prepared natural ice surface in Europe.
