Situated between the towns of ancient Hereford and Leominster, Canon Pyon is a wonderful destination for a family holiday at any time of year. The local pub offers fine ales and a welcoming atmosphere - or you could spend your time touring the amenities and visitor attractions of the neighbouring towns. Dating back to Saxon times, the cathedral town of Hereford is full of fascinating architecture styles, and features a beautiful medieval bridge that arches over the meandering River Wye. Follow the famous black and white village trails for a taste of traditional Herefordshire, or sample Hereford's cider for a taste of the county's most famous export. Leominster offers some great pubs, cafes and shops. Offa's Dyke and Symonds Yat are home to some lovely walks and the opportunity to spot some rare Peregrine Falcons.
