"Even better than the photos"

We enjoyed our first stay in Herefordshire in Symonds cottage. Gill and Pat were really welcoming and offered great advice on where to go with our boys (aged 5 and 7) and our 1 year old border collie.
The cottage is beautfully finished, super comfortable and really well equipped.
The gardens provided a lovely open space for the kids to run around in and a lovely tranquil spot to enjoy a glass of wine after a day roaming the Herfordshire countryside.
The only thing to note for dog owners is that there is no enclosed garden, I dont' think this is a problem as such, more that our first trip away with the dog has taught us this is perhaps something we need to suit us in the future.
But, all in all a superb holiday in a fantastic (great value) property which we have already and will continue to recommend to others.

"Lovely cottage - Lovely gardens"

Stayed in Symonds Cottage on Litmarsh Farm for a week in July. The cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Everything you needed for was provided, even down to maps for local walks. Location was very peaceful and gardens were lovely. One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Pat & Gill, the owners were very friendly & helpful.
