The Heart of England/Peak District

The beautiful county of Herefordshire offers over 1000 miles of predominately unspoilt (and often undiscovered) footpaths.

The magnificent 150 mile Herefordshire Trail affords spectacular views, across an ever-changing landscape from the Malvern Hills in the East to the Black Mountains in the West. The Herefordshire Trail winds through pretty churches, historic ruins, country pubs and market towns. Herefordshire is justifiably proud of its county trail. It links the five market towns of Leominster, Bromyard, Ledbury, Ross-on-Wye and Kington along with some of the picturesque villages and hamlets for which Herefordshire is renowned.

Hereford

At Dancey House you'll be spoilt for walks - the property is very close to the famous Offa's Dyke path, Herefordshire Black and White Village trail, Wye Valley Walk, The Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Hergest Ridge (of Tubular Bells fame)!

For those racing enthusiasts Cheltenham racecourse, Hereford, Ludlow and Chepstow are all within easy driving distance and if you really like to let your hair down we can arrange a chauffeur. The property is also only a five minute drive to either Wormsley Golf Club, which offers a challenging 18 holes with stunning views all around or Burghill Golf Club where you'll find a less strenuous game.
