Shetton Barns complex is made of five semi detached barns conversions situated in the glorious tranquil countryside of Herefordshire.The complex is nestled in the small hamlet of Shetton,situated toward the end of a quiet country lane and surrounded by rolling hills-Garnans Hill, Credenhill Wood.
The property is converted from a select cluster of farm buildings including an old oast house. Oak flooring and woodwork are a fantastic rustic feature of the barns, with fully carpeted upstairs areas. Large dining areas and garden accommodate you and all your family.
You can rent them individually , or by group of two ,three, four or five. When booked collectively can accommodate up to 63 people. We reserve the right to select the appropriate barns most suitable to your need.
The Wain house, single storey, sleeps 14 persons. The accommodation consists of a family bathroom, 4 double bedrooms , 2 with an extra single bed , a double futon bed on the mezzanine above lounge and another mezzanine with a double bed above one bedroom.
The Coach House, 2 storey , sleeps 15 persons. The accommodation consist of a main bathroom, 4 double bedrooms (1 en- suite) with extra single beds (4) and 1 double & single sofa bed in the lounge (3).
The Kiln Tower,2 storey, sleeps 14 persons .The accommodation consist of 1 main bathroom, 1 double bedroom en-suite with twin bunk bed and double bed(4) , 1 bedroom with twin bunk be (2)d,1 bedroom with twin bunk bed and a double bed (4), a double sofa bed in the lounge(2) and a double bed in the mezzanine above the lounge(2) and a downstairs cloakroom.
The Granary,2 storey, sleeps 12 persons ,consist of a family bathroom,3 bedrooms with double beds(1 en-suite ) (6) and 2 twin bunk beds (4), a double sofa bed in the lounge(2) and a downstairs cloakroom.
The Stables, single storey, sleeps up to 9 persons, consist of a family bathroom, 3 double bedrooms with double bed(6) , 1 double bed on the Mezzanine and a single sofa bed in the living room (3).

Additional charges:
£60 per barn for cleaning /inventory charge.
£ 150 refundable breakage bond for 1 barn booked,
£ 100 extra per additional barn up to a maximum of £ 350 when booked by same party.
Conditions
Strictly no smoking.
Refundable breakage deposit of £ 150 for first barn and an additional £100 per extra barn, to be paid upfront with rental fees (refundable ,subject to no damages or shortages, with in 2 weeks after departure).
£ 60.00 cleaning fee per barn.
Bottles & Steriliser, High Chair,Booster seat,Baby bath & changing station,Baby monitor available.
25% of total rental fee non refundable to secure booking.
Balance to be paid in full 12 weeks prior to arrival.

Excellent rail links from Birmingham New Street and London Paddington.
Car is essential because of rural location. Only a 15 minute drive from Hereford.
From Hereford city centre,take the A49 (monument round about) ,take the A480 three Elms Road, turn left at 3 Elms pub,turn left at T junction onto A4103.Turn right at roundabout,onto A480.Keep straight on for 3.5/4 miles.Ignore sign to Mansel Lacy village.After further 1/2 mile, you will see a large sign for Shetton Barns on your left.Turn left, after about 1 mile,turn right when you see another Shetton barns sign.At end of lane turn right over the cattle grid.
Alternative route from the monument: Take A438, King Acre road,turn right after about 4 miles towards Bridge Sollars.Follow sign towards Mansel Lacy.Look out for the Barns turning on left approximately 150 yards after sharp right bend.
