Oil-fired central heating throughout with additional heat from electric convector heaters. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge, flat screen TV/DVD. Fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared front courtyard with furniture & countryside views. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles. Pub 3 miles. Note: This is a working farm with sheep in surrounding fields - dogs must be kept on the lead at all times.

Note: In 2009 this property runs on a Friday - Friday basis. From January 2010 the property will run on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

Herefordshire offers visitors the chance to journey through lush green countryside, enjoying splendid black-and-white timbered villages, a magnificent cathedral city, a fairytale Georgian castle at Eastnor or books galore in famous Hay-on-Wye. And if all that touring leaves you thirsty, lashings of Herefordshire cider should do the trick!
The Hereford / St Weonards area
Ideally situated between the well-known towns of Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye and Hereford is the lovely village of St Weonards. Surrounded by stunning countryside and offering excellent walking, cycling, fishing and bird-watching facilities amidst the scenic Wye Valley, this charming little settlement is also within easy driving distance of the Forest of Dean and the Golden Valley. Visitors can explore Hereford with its wonderful 11th Century cathedral and the famous Mappa Mundi world map, or visit the Cider Museum and the How Caple Court Gardens. Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth provide excellent riverside walks, attractive architecture, and a number of fantastic shops, pubs and restaurants. Symonds Yat, the Malvern Hills, the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons National Park are all within an hour of the village.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
