This very spacious apartment is located just five minutes’ walk from the beach, on a beautiful golf complex next to a wildlife reserve. Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the larger towns of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera. The aparment has easy access to all amenities, including local markets, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. The apartment benefits from a large communal pools area and landscaped gardens. Leading from the living room and kitchen is a spacious balcony with views over the pools and golf course. With three large double bedrooms and sofabed in the spacious living area, the apartment is ideal for families, groups of friends and golfing parties with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Algarve region
Situated in the extreme South of Portugal, this part of the country was the last to be conquered from the Moors by the Portuguese king in 1292. Traces of the Moorish presence are still seen in its unique architecture - terraces, chimneys and whitewashed houses.
This charming region, with its idyllic temperatures are ideal for playing golf and other sports. In the northern part of the Algarve, the hills of Espinhação de Cão, Monchique and Caldeirão shelter the coast from strong winds. This brightly coloured region, with its fig trees, orange groves and almond trees in blossom, is also the most verdant and fertile. The southern coastline consists of a long stretch of fabulous sandy beaches, broken up by extraordinary rugged cliffs and fantastic grottoes. Apart from the wealth of available water sports facilities (the marinas of Vilamoura and Lagos deserves special mention, amongst the various ports and harbours), there are other alternatives, such as horse riding centres, famous golf`courses and an exciting nightlife.
Herdade dos Salgados area
Herdade dos Salgados is a tourism and residential complex that blends in with its natural surroundings of the golf course, beach and Salgados Lagoon while offering a broad range of facilities for health, sports, leisure, business and culture. Located near Praia dos Salgados beach, which extends over 7km of the coastline, the complex has a fabulous golf course with wonderful views and lies next to the Lagoas dos Salgados lagoons, areas that are part of the scenic National Ecological Reserve. Spending time here is to make every day an opportunity to enjoy the things you like the most. There is a sealife centre 'Zoomarine' close by, as well as waterparks and a huge shopping centre 'Algarve Shopping' all within a 15 minute drive. Around the area there are plenty of restaurants with a variety of menus to suit everyone's tastes and budgets. Nightlife is bountiful in the neighbouring towns of Albufeira and Armacao de Pera.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). A non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental fee required to secure booking. Balance payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
