Take in the beautiful views after a day on the beach or relax in the stylishly furnished living room.
The apartment consist of a great livingroom / kitchen, nice bathroom, two bedrooms in addition to a living / bedroom at the loft. There is three beds located at the loft-room. TV/DVD are located at the loft room in addition to TV/DVD in the livingroom.
The apartment was new during summer 2007 and have two sunny terraces with lovely views of the Bay of Boka Kotorska and the swimming pool.
Great place for family holidays as well as for pairs or sigles. There is a beach only 100 meters from the apartment and a new swimming pool next by (20 meters).

The Boka Kotorska Fjord region
The apartment is located in Djenovici about 7km from Herceg Novi, at the entrance of one of the most beautiful bays in the world, of Boka Kotorska. The foot of the slopes of Orjen (1892m) town of Herceg Novi is strategically located. City of Herceg Novi is the administrative, cultural, and economic centre for the county of Herceg Novi. County covers an area of 235 sq km and is inhabited by 42.000 inhabitants.
Djenovici is approximately 22km drive to the historic town of Kotor and about 60km drive to the beautiful town of Duvbrovnik. There are local bus services to Kotor, Herec Novi, Igalo, Budva etc.
It's about 17km to the nearest airport witch is Tivat in Montenegro or about 30km to the Duvbrovnik airport in Croatia.
Herceg Novi area
It is recomended to visit Hercec Novi (about 7km) , Igalo (about 10km), Kotor (about 22km), Budva / Jaz (about 33), Sveti Stefan (about 42km), Duvbrovnik (about 60km).
A day on the great beach Raffaelo in Herceg Novi is recommended in combination with shopping in the promenade of Igalo and Herceq Novi. Price for a taxi is about 10 Euro and it is about 8 minutes to drive.

The apartment and interiors were new in june 2007. The apartment size is about 75m2 inside and there are two terraces with total size of 25m2

There are several smaller and nice beaches and restaurants nearby (about 100-1000 meters) Possible to participate on organized boating excursion to Kotor, Rose, The blue caves etc. Possible to participate on organized bus ride to the rafting river "Tara", sightseeing to Budva, Sveti Stefan, Herec Novi, Igalo, Duvbrovnik etc Possible to rent bicycle to investigate the beautiful local environment
