About the home
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 generously sized master bedrooms with comfortable double beds, and one bedroom with a bunk-bed); a large bathroom and laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor there is a well equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a large living room with terrace doors along a whole wall, so one can enjoy the beautiful views unobstructed. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed so the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The large terrace on the top floor is perfect for sunbathing or evening meals.
Next to this villa there is another, its exact double, also with pool. So, if you need accommodation for a larger group, please let us know.

Further details indoors:
For internet access we can supply a USB modem with 1GB data for 20 Euros which must be returned on departure. After the 1GB data has been used, we can supply another 2GB for 30 Euros. Basically, 1GB is plenty, unless you use sites with videos such as youtube, use video calls on Skype or start uploading large images.
We can also supply a wireless router which is configured to work with the USB modem so you can have wireless (wi-fi). This will cost additional 30 Euros, i.e. 50 Euros USB+1GB data+wireless router.

Fascinating landscapes with crystal clear sea. A supermarket and other shops, restaurants, cafes and other town amenities are all close by at roughly 5 min drive. The many beaches and other facilities of Igalo and Herceg Novi are variously 5 – 15 min drive away. Herceg Novi is a delightful town, rich in history and culture, surrounded by green hills, enjoying majestic views and offering clean, calm sea. At the foot of Mount Orjen and the entrance to Boka Bay, the town enjoys a mild climate throughout the year, with long summers and temperate winters. It boasts over 200 sunny days yearly which makes it an ideal Mediterranean holiday location.
The Herceg Novi area
In winter, one can enjoy the snow on Mount Orjen, in the summer you can go hiking, biking, sailing or paragliding. Sports enthusiasts can also go on one of the daily excursions offered by scuba diving clubs in the area. These two villas offer the best possible way to enjoy the area – surrounded by unspoilt nature but close to all modern amenities and excitement of a busy resort.

Me and my partner spent a lovely week in this spacious villa in August 2012. It's a real home away from home with fantactic views surrounded by nature. The pool is great and the views from it are truly breathtaking. There are no shops and only one restaurant in the village, but Igalo promenade is 15 minuts drive away. The promenade is lively with some good restaurants. Terina is good for fish and grilled meat, Nautilus for pizzas and deserts if you have a sweet tooth like me :) There is a large supermarket well stocked up 10 minutes drive from the villa. The villa is well positioned for exploring the bay as well as visiting Dubrovnik since it's very close to the border with Croatia. The village is high on a hill and I just didn't like driving up that hill, which was the only thing I didn't enjoy on my holiday. Visit to Montenegro and stay in this villa is highly recommended |

This moderne villa is quite fine for up to 8 peoples. The view is just fabulous. Even if the street to climb up the hill is not in best conditions (specially at night), it's worth to go where. You have all services next to the main street, even a nice restaurant 10 minutes by walking. Just take care of the equipement : not so solid as should be, rather basic. |
