In our 3 years of business we have received consistent feedback about our excellent standards of cleanliness. Upon arrival these guests asked that the sinks and oven be re-cleaned and a new bin and toaster provided. All of these tasks were fulfilled to their satisfaction within 24 hours. The guests confirmed they had no other issues which is why we are very surprised by this review. Plus there is new wooden flooring downstairs and new carpets on the stairs and upstairs so it is not possible for the house to be as dirty as they make out! I will be contacting past guests to verify the cleanliness, please bear with us!
