This cosy single-storey annexe adjoins the owner’s home and is situated in the rural village of Henfield, just 10 miles from Brighton. Offering simple, comfortable accommodation, this light and airy property has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Accommodation is composed of a double en-suite bedroom, a modern fitted kitchen and a cosy lounge with dining area. Guests are able to use of the owner’s well established garden as well as a private patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining. The property is surrounded by an extensive network of footpaths allowing easy access to the South Downs and West Sussex.

Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player/cassette/radio, small library of games/books etc. Fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking available 100 yards from property in church car park. Large, well established shared garden with private patio area. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome at a cost of £10 per booking (for 1 or 2 dogs). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.

The Henfield area
Situated on the River Adur, the pretty village of Henfield is an ideal location for exploring the various footpaths that cover the South Downs and West Sussex area, allowing visitors to take in its mixture of local grassland, wetland, reedbed, woodland and ponds on foot or by bicycle. Bird watchers and nature lovers will enjoy the wide variety of plants and wildlife that can be spotted throughout this unique region. The vibrant town of Brighton is just 10 miles away whilst the village itself boasts several pubs and restaurants as well as local shops and a newly renovated leisure centre. This wonderful little settlement is a fantastic place for a relaxing and enjoyable break.

,Great location, not far from the South Downs or the coast. The village of Henfield and the common are lovely with plenty of walks right outside the door. The cottage had everything we needed and the garden is beautiful and peaceful, the perfect place to sit and relax.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
