The location is in the development of Apsley Lock, Hemel Hempstead. Apsley Lock is located in the Grand Union just to the south of Hemel Hempstead. The Marina was built in 2003 and is a compact mooring which is part of a regeneration project. This historic and industrial area of England has some great attractions, including the John Dickenson Paper Trail and Frogmore Mill. The canal path is a haven for walkers and cyclists, and for those after a little more of an adrenaline rush, the Hemel Hempstead Snow Centre is nearby.

Apsley Lock is only a short drive away from local towns like St. Albans, Watford, Harpenden, Elstree, Berkhampsted and Radlett.

Just four miles from the M25 (jnct. 20) and with Euston Station (30 minutes) away by rail. The town is close to M1/M25.

"Well prepared apartment for a comfortable holiday"

We were guided and greeted by the friendly host. the apartment was clean and spacious. everything we needed was prepared such as towels, wifi, sky tv, local guides. we didnt have a parking pass provided however it was more convenient for us o park on the road directly outside the apartment door rather than in the designated parking spaces. very easy access to transport routes and trains to london. we will use you again and have already recommended you.
