The cottages are located within the owner's farm, yet remain private. Enjoy excellent coastal walks all around the Lizard Peninsula and Mullion. The village of Mullion is a 10 minute walk from the cottages and is the largest village in Cornwall offering numerous facilities including shops and family pubs serving good bar meals. You will be spoilt for choice with excellent beaches at Poldhu Cove (only 0.9 mile), Polurrian Cove, Church Cove, Kynance Cove, Kennack Sands and many more. Many attractions are also within an easy drive including Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Helfords area of outstanding natural beauty, Lands End, Flambards theme park, RNAS Culdrose viewing enclosure, Minack Theatre and numerous National Trust properties.

Both properties benefit from many leisure facilities on site, parties and corporate weekends welcome. Leisure facilities: large indoor heated swimming pool 38' x 16' (constant depth of 4ft 6), with key given to guests on arrival. The pool is open and heated all year round. Hot tub available for hire. New gym with changing rooms and infrared Sauna. Yoga and massage classes available, please book. Pets' corner with pigs, sheep and chickens to feed. Riding lessons with qualified instructors, hacks, beach rides and for the more experienced a cross country course. Visitors are welcome to 'muck in' with the everyday running of the stables including grooming, mucking out, bringing in the horses, etc depending on experience. Activity barn: 78' x 18' converted barn which is fully equipped for indoor tennis, badminton, volleyball, football or basketball (nets and equipment supplied). Games room: new with full-size snooker and pool table. Play facilities: large sandpit for children to play in. Babysitting available at £5 per hour. Outside: large lawn garden with BBQ, swings and trampoline. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. 1 dog by arrangement only during 1st November until Easter. Location: golf 1.5 mile, pubs, shops, restaurant all within walking distance, beach 0.9 mile.

The accommodation is delightfully furnished and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite which has walk in shower, bath and WC, and 2 twins. Bathroom: separate shower cubicle and WC. Lounge: with TV, Freeview, DVD, video and open fire (first basket of logs free). Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and TV. Additional info: a £70 security deposit is payable to owner on arrival.

"Perfect location, excellent facilities, friendly helpful owners."

From making contact with the owners by telephone, we were made most welcome. Directions to the property were excellent. It is set within a working riding school, which suited us down to the ground. The owners were very friendly and showed us around the site, ensuring we knew where everything was. The riding school is excellent value for money. The beach is very close by and is incredibly beautiful.

The facilities within the property itself were very good, although there were some small things such as the wifi only works at one end of the property and it just needed a few housekeeping touches, loose drawer fronts, towel rails etc. There needs to be a sign on the ensuite door as there is a step down which I fell down the first time I opened the door, not realising it was there.

However, that said you can not detract from the quality of the accommodation and the facilities on-site. There is a games hall for the children, the weather was awful the few days we were there so they were completely entertained. My daughter made use of the riding school.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this property to anyone and fully intend to return.
