Caberfeidh Coach House is situated in the village of Kilcreggan. The perfect location to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy the real outdoors in fantastic surroundings! Walking distance to local bars, hotel serving great food together with a convenience store with cash machine, local cafe and butcher.
The property is a 5 minute walk to the local ferry. This provides regular crossings to Gourock which takes approx. 12 minutes. From Gourock there are a number of onward connections either to the surrounding islands or catch a train to Glasgow City Centre. Alternatively you can catch the ferry (or a local bus) to Helensburgh where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Helensburgh provides further connections by train direct to Glasgow City Centre

Main bedroom has a double bed together with a single bed and hand basin with peaceful views out onto the gardens at the rear of the coach house. The second bedroom has a double bed and feature fireplace with stunning views out onto the Firth of Clyde and Loch Long. The bathroom has been recently refurbished to incorporate a relaxing slipper bath with overhead shower.

Conditions
1. Booking : A booking will only be confirmed on receipt of a £50 deposit per week booked. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of commencement of your holiday, the full amount is payable. Passport, driving licence required on arrival
2. Entry : Your entry starts at 3pm on the day of arrival and the property must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Unless otherwise agreed.
3. Damage Deposit : A damage deposit of £100.00 will be required. This will be refunded after your stay on satisfactory inspection of the Coach House. You must ensure that the property is securely locked when not occupied during the holiday let. You must replace any breakages, damage or losses or reimburse the property owners

There is much to see and do within an hour's drive of your base in Kilcreggan.
Luss, on Loch Lomond, is a pretty village and one of pilgrimage to fans of the long-running BBC series 'High Road'.
Balloch, with its marina, is a bustling place from where you can catch a sightseeing trip round Loch Lomond or organise a day's fishing.
Loch Lomond Shores Visitor Centre offers an alternative day at the Loch. This 'must visit' attraction combines a viewing gallery, interactive displays and an educational information centre with a range of exciting shopping and dining experiences.
Visit the Trossachs and take a trip back in time on the steam vessel Sir Walter Scott as it circles Loch Katrine,
Drop into Stirling, a city steeped in history.
Glasgow, easily accessible by rail or road, has a wealth of things to do and see. The new Science Discovery Centre, galleries - for example the Burrell Collection, the Gallery of Modern Art and the Hunterian Gallery of Glasgow University with its Mackintosh flat and Whistler paintings. The SECC, Royal Concert Hall and Theatre Royal offer a range of dramatic and musical productions.
Closer to home, is Helensburgh - gateway to the new Loch Lomond National Park. It provides broad avenues, a promenade, pier and parks. Whilst in Helensburgh you cannot miss a visit to Rennie Mackintosh's Hill House, considered to be the finest of his domestic creations. The unique, well-preserved interior and the gardens have been restored to their former glory. Hill House is maintained by the National Trust for Scotland and is usually open from end March to end October
Just over an hour is Glencoe - With each of the four seasons the colours are ever changing. With more history, drama and sheer natural beauty enjoy spending time in this magnificent area whether you are out for a drive in the summer months, climbing the mountains or looking for a day ski-ing in the winter
Further afield, yet still within a couple of hours drive, are even more Scottish gems. Take a trip to the nation's capital city, Edinburgh, visit the castle and do some shopping on Princes Street. Visit Oban in the west taking in Kilmartin en-route, head up to Perth, take the ferries to the Isle of Bute or go to Ayr for the racing and visit the Robert Burns Centre there.

The Helensburgh area
The village of Kilcreggan is set on a Peninsula and looks out onto some of Scotland’s most idyllic and unspoilt areas. Kilcreggan is engulfed by natural beauty and surrounded by some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland.
During the summer months there are weekly departures from Kilcreggan to Dunoon & Rothesay on the historical Waverley Paddle Steamer – the last sea going paddle steamer in the World. The choice of a Day, Afternoon or Evening Cruise is available. Relax, make the most of the stunning scenery and lunch will also be provided
The area is an ideal base from where to explore Central Scotland and the West Coast. The area is a perfect location for the sailing enthusiast. Cove Sailing Club is located 5 minutes away and offers sailing, yachting and canoeing. Loch Long provides fishing for those looking to enjoy a quiet day on the shores or a trip out sea fishing. Locally there are numerous country walks suitable for leisure strolling to serious hill walking, Serious walkers will be delighted to have easy access to several Monroes, The Cobbler, Ben Lomond and Loch Lomond National Park. Other local activities include Birds of Prey falconry centre, pony trekking, Loch Lomond shooting school for day pigeon shooting and Loch Lomond and Helensburgh Golf Courses only a 20 minute drive away.
