The approximately 54 m2 apartment has generous furnishings, and everything may be used by you also. In setting up our third apartment we have again made ??an effort to maintain our high standards. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 2-plate hob, large fridge-freezer) and connected by a window to the dining room. Here are the TV (cable) and stereo system and two pull-out couches (extended 140x200 cm) and a large dining table. The bedroom has a double bed 180x200 cm and a sofa/bunk bed (140x200 cm stripped). You see, there are plenty of beds, so that more than 6 people can stay. Upon request, a telephone is provided for 5.00 €. The phone itself will be charged according to consumption. WiFi is included. Pets by arrangement only. A private spot in the garage is available for 25.00 € per stay, linen package 7.50.

The Baden-Wurttemberg region
Our house is located in the suburb of Neuenheim, with its old villa development and the many town houses from the Art Nouveau period that make it one of the most sought after residential areas of Heidelberg. To the Neckar is just about 200 meters, and then when you go on the Theodor-Heuss-Bridge, you are already at the Bismarckplatz. The city center is 10 minutes away.
From Bismarckplatz you're already on the main street into the pedestrian zone. Neuenheim itself is an independently grown district with many shops and restaurants, where you can sit outside in summer and can enjoy the specialties of the region. This district is known as the "French Quarter", which says a lot about the lifestyle and the types of activities.
In the immediate area of ??the market you will also find a whole grain bakery and confectionery, various specialty stores (Italian, French, Convent products) and several good restaurants. The property, located in the apartment houses, more apartments or rooms and it is inhabited by both a student apartment, families and singles. When the weather is so full of life in the courtyard, particularly for children (and parents) is very attractive.
From the apartment to the bus stop at the Brückenstrasse it is just 55m. From there take the bus 12 and tram lines 3 and 5. The next public disabled parking space is located at 50m distance, additional parking spaces are located in close proximity.

From the north on the A5, exit Dossenheim. From there it's just 10 minutes to the apartment. Follow the signs to Heidelberg, then to Neuenheim. When booking you will automatically receive directions.
Coming from the south via the A5, exit Dossenheim. This way you don't drive through the city. Continue as above.
