Tween Cottage is a charming traditional brick and flint cottage in the quiet village of Syderstone. It boasts a really lovely large garden with hidden corners to relax in and a pretty lawn for BBQ's and al fresco dining. Inside the cottage has lots of traditional charm, the kitchen has an Everhot oven & hob, the separate dining and sitting room both have open fires. Upstairs there are a double, single and twin bedrooms with the recently fitted bathroom situated downstairs. Syderstone has a village pub and is only 10 minutes from Brunham Market and 15 mins drive to the coast.
Accessed through gate to back door:
Kitchen: With window overlooking the back garden there is an Everhot oven and hotplate/hob (similar to Rayburn), dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink with drainer and range of cupboards.
Dining Room: Dining table with six chairs, comfy sofa, open fire and door. Leading to sitting room with door through to bathroom.
Bathroom: Recently fitted with bath with hand held shower attachment and electric shower over with screen; WC and wash hand basin.
Sitting Room: Cosy room with large sofa, arm chair, chair, occasional tables and lamps, bookshelves with books, TV with Freeview and DVD player and window to the front of the property.
Stairs to First Floor
Master Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chairs and window to the front of the property.
Twin Bed Room: Twin single beds, lamp, built in wardrobe and window to the rear of the property.
Single Bed Room: Single bed, bedside table, shelves, chair.
Outside: There is off road parking to the side of the cottage in front of the gates. Through the gates is a lovely fully enclosed garden (there is a gap under the main access gates) with a main lawned area with garden furniture and BBQ, further round is a pretty hidden garden with a bench. The garden really is a beautiful feature of this cottage, it is well planted and maintained and a pleasure to spend time in.

Heacham is a great location for families with two unspoilt beaches, a range of shops and many places to eat, including a fish and chip shop and several pubs. Some of the nearby local attractions include, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, RSPB Nature Reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell, Sandringham House. Heacham Manor is now open with a newly designed championship 18 hole golf course with reasonable green fees. The North Norfolk coast is 5 minutes drive away through Old Hunstanton.
