Lovely upside down marine house, very comfortably furnished and well equipped. 3 bedrooms and its own private garden the house is ideal for families. There is also a bbq, lots of outdoor furntiure, large private drive with ample parking for cars/boats.
The property is situated on a private estate overlooking central green with own tennis court & swings and enjoys spectacular sea views of Chichester Harbour from large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen.
For guests staying more than 1 week I can provide clean bed linen and towels for a small extra charge. Laundry service available for longer stays. Payment may be made in £sterling or euros

Lovely quaint seaside resort excellent base sailing, shopping. The Isle of Wight is an easy day trip by ferry or hovercraft, Motor and horse racing at Goodwood and the car festivals, Chichester Festival, theatre & cinema at Havant & Chichester, explore Chichester, there is so much to do on & around the island. The house has lovely views of Chichester Harbour from the large 1st floor open plan lounge/diner & kitchen - also overlooking the central private green with tennis court & swings. Or you could just relax and take the lovely fresh sea air!
Hayling Island area
Located in the quaint seaside resort, the house is well equipped and an ideal base to enjoy this area with so much to see and do. Excellent base for sailing, very close to the Marina and Sailing Club, touring Chichester, historic Portsmouth, lovely pubs, walks, nature reserve, light railway, fabulous walks, golf riding, funair, tennis, swimming, water sports, fishing. There is plenty to do on the island. Linked by tollfree two land road bridge to the mainland. Tourist atrtractions include HMS Victory, HMS Warrior & The Mary Rose Museum at Portsmouth, the Spinaker Tower, Gunwhard Quay with its excellent shopping, the Roman archaeological site of Fishbourne, Staunton Country Park, Weald & Downland open air museum at Singleton, picturesque Bosham and its Art Gallery & Craft Centre, The Playzone at Cosham, Queen Elizabeth Country Park and Hinton Ampner Garden at Bramdean, the Watercress Line for rail enthusiasts,.
