Whitecaps is a 3 bedroom detached house in a 1930's private estate. The house is only a 2 minute walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the Hayling Island Sailing Club and marina. With a roof terrace with stunning views across Chichester Harbour and the Solent, this is an idyllic holiday home. The rear garden backs on to a nature reserve with rare breed cattle, deer and many different birds from woodpeckers to kestrels spotted at the bottom of the garden. A tennis court, green and children's swings add to the perfect setting.
A large master bedroom, a twin room and a bunk-bed / twin room provides plenty of accommodation - there is also a travel cot and high chair available on request. The large open plan lounge / kitchen / diner has a large balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the harbour. The roof terrace has dining and BBQ facilities and stunning views. There is a secure rear garden laid to lawn. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.
