THE PERFECT SITUATION OVERLOOKING THE GOLDEN SANDS OF ST IVES BAY
Enjoying the perfect situation, sitting above the golden sandy beaches that hug St Ives bay and has simply breathtaking views over to the popular and must see destination of St Ives. At the end of the garden the South West Coast Path follows a scenic route across the cliffs to Godrevy Point or stroll down to Hayle sands (a few hundred yards) with its surf school and long stretch of safe beach.
Famed for its picture-postcard harbour and beaches, St Ives is the quintessential Cornish location and is easily accessible by a pretty coastal railway or bus route if you'd prefer not to take the car. With a vast array of restaurants, pubs and shops, you'll struggle not to pick up a memento or two. If you can tear yourself away from the view, West Cornwall awaits, from Lands End to Penzance and down to the Lizard Peninsula you will find a range of ancient stone circles, disused tin mines, excellent attractions for the family and breathtaking beaches and coves. The Bluff Hotel, with a bar and restaurant, is a short stroll and a well-stocked convenience store is also only a 2 minute walk away. For more shops, restaurants and pubs, both Hayle town (1 mile) and Penzance (4 miles) are easily accessible.
The accommodation is situated on one floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double with wardrobe, drawers and flatscreen, wall mounted TV/DVD and 1 twin bedroom also with wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom: family size, with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: the focal point of this spacious, open-plan room is the wide patio doors enjoying long Cornish sunsets and spectacular views across the whole of St Ives bay from St Ives to Godrevy. The lounge area offers leather sofas, a flatscreen TV, SkyHD, CD and surround sound speakers. Within the newly-fitted, fully-equipped kitchen is a built-in fridge/freezer, integrated oven, microwave, gas hob and ample seating around the dining table. The property also offers a washing machine. Outside: the main attribute of the property is through the patio doors out onto the raised decked area with ample seating to enjoy the unspoilt spectacular views. Steps lead down from the decking onto an enclosed garden area. Amenities: ample parking on gravel area within grassed garden. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking within the property. Location: beach, shop and pub all within walking distance.
