Three well appointed, stunning contemporary apartments. The properties all have a welcoming and homely feel. Everything you would require for a relaxing, comfortable self contained holiday. Because the apartments are all situated together they are ideal for families & friends to share a holiday while retaining full independence and individual space The apartments offer a modern and comfortable living space with their own car parking areas. Two of them are now available for all year round holiday rentals as well as weekend & midweek short breaks

59A and 59B share a good size walled garden that has a large decking area. It is a real sun trap as soon as the sun shines. There are two bbq's and two sets of table and chairs so each apartment has its own. The third apartment 60A has a small, private balcony which has harbour and estuary views. All three properties have a private, off road car park space next to them. All apartments have atirs to them even the ground floor apartment 50A. This property has 2 entrances, one into the garden and one on to the main harbour road. We use this property for pet owners. Because of the 2 entrances it makes it easier for quick pet walks. The garden has artificial grass so pets can not be exercised in the garden area.

Two apartments are available all year around, 59A and 59B. One, 60A is only available from the end of May to beginning of November. All three apartments are the same price. Please note, The calendar shows availability for all 3 properties.

The Cornwall region

Cornwall offers a milder climate than the rest of the UK and often has sunny days throughout the year, even in the winter months. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach.

In the summer for long lazy days making the most of the light evening and in the winter for blowing out the cobwebs! With places like the Tate Modern in St Ives, The Eden Project in St Austell and The Minack Theatre in Porthcurnow there is plenty to do on offer all year around.

Hayle

Hayle has a lot to offer from gorgeous beaches to birdwatching and is well known for its RSPB reserve site. It also has a fantastic surfing beach called Gwithian/Godrevy which is very popular. You can book surf lessons Shore surf schools or if that sounds too energetic there a couple of cafes where you can just take in the views. There is a large well stocked surf shop in town where you can buy or hire any surfing equipment you may need.

There are many fantastic coastal walks to enjoy around the area you can get to the coastal path from the properties within a fifteen minute walk.

Hayle is a large town with a population of approximately 11000. It offers many pubs, wine bars, restaurants and take aways. A small new retail park has recently been built with M & S, Boots and Next. The town however has many shops offering everything from food items and clothing to sporting goods and souvenirs.

As Hayle is centrally located you can easily access many other places by either public transport or driving. It is only a 10 minute drive to St.Ives, less than 15 minutes to Marazion and Penzance. We are within easy reach of the Minack Theatre (30mins), Falmouth Marine Museum (40 mins), Eden Project (40mins), St.Michaels Mount(10mins) and many other fantastic tourist attractions.

There are several local attractions in Hayle such as Paradise Park which is only a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Its a fantastic place for children with lots to see and a superb indoor play center for children if the weather isn't good. There is Penwith Pitch & Putt which is a fun golf course for all ages & levels. There is an 18 hole course golf course West Cornwall Golf Course in Lelant about 1 mile away.

Other attractions in Hayle are Karting Coast to coast Karting & Skittles, West country Skittle.

"Fabulous accommodation and excellent base"

We stayed in Hayle on the jubilee celebrations week. It wasn't too busy so we were happy. Great cornish pasty makers nearby Philps. Accommodation is clean and spacious, home from home. I certainly would stay again and recommend to family and friends. Amanda (owner) although we never met her has been very helpfull and quick to reply to questions. Weather unfortunately was disappointing as cold and wet for time of year but 2 teenagers with us surfed so didn't matter if it was wet. Great base as very close to lots of southern Cornwall places. It's a long way to travel from where we live in Yorkshire but worth it.

"Great family accomodation with a fantastic beach just a stones throw away!"

We had a fantastic week in Hayle. It is a residential area which is great as it wasn't overcrowded. The beach was a 5 minute walk away and was fabulous. There was shops/pubs within walking distance and a great little cafe which serves great breakfasts and cream teas. Acxcomodation was a home from home, very comfortable. We will stay there again.
