Many traditional and gastro pubs and 2 of the region's Michelin Star restaurants on the doorstep. 3 Championship standard golf courses (Chart Hills - Nick Faldo designed, Dale Hill - Ian Woosnam designed) within 10 mins drive. London is a 1 hr train ride away if you want some shopping and urban sightseeing and historic Royal Tunbridge Wells a short trip away.

Very large kitchen/breakfast room - a great space full of light which seats everyone for a lively start to the day.
Drawing Room - wonderful big room with original Inglenook fire place. Perfect cosy place to relax and have a drink in after a busy day taking in the local sights.
Spacious dining room with period mahogany table and antique furniture which ideal for sumptious dining on local fresh produce when not at the local eateries.
All bedrooms are double sized and very spacious - each unique in their interior design whilst being homely and welcoming.
1 of the double bedrooms is located in a separate annex with en suite which ideal for those who like to sleep in late or to avoid the early rising children!
