Set in beautiful countryside with accommodation over 4 levels, the master bedroom has stunning panoramic views. Down a country track, the barn is one of a small private cluster of converted barns and has a sheltered courtyard off the 'top of the range' kitchen/dining room. This is an area of outstanding natural beauty with breathtaking, unspoilt countryside/coastal paths with access to numerous beaches and stunning walks - Abereiddy, a sand and shingle beach, is just over a mile away.

5 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 9. Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (sloping ceiling & restricted headroom) on 2nd floor (accessed by spiral staircase) withsuper king size bed and stunning views from large apex window across open farmland to the coastline and sea.

Bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite shower room & twin bedroom - both on upper ground floor with doors to garden and views to Strumble Head light house. 

Family Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath with fixed head shower on entrance level.

Large twin bedroom with 20' Freesat tv with play station 2, dvd. Singlebedroom with small freesat tv/dvd, both on lower ground floor.

2nd Family Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and separate shower on lower ground floor. Cot available.

Towels provided (Please bring own beach towels)

Kitchen on entrance level - large family kitchen (over 30 ft) with circular oak table (seating 8), luxury fitted units, central island with 5 bar stools, 6 burner induction hob, two single electric ovens, American style fridge/freezer (with ice dispenser), dishwasher, cd/i-pod docking station, touch sensitive electric piano and games cupboard. Highchair.

Broadband access.

Lounge on entrance level with 2 large sofas, occasional chairs, bean bag, 42' Freesat tv, dvd, (large collection of dvds) woodburning stove and patio doors opening onto courtyard.

Utility Room/Boot Room (off kitchen) washing machine, tumble dryer, airing rack, double sink and shoe/boot storage/coats etc.

Fuel underfloor heating throughout (radiators on top floor), inclusive May - Sept. £40 per week outside these dates. Starter pack of coal and logs.

Grounds large enclosed rear garden with sun trap/sheltered secluded back patio with gas barbecue,large outdoor table and low wall seating area, willow igloo with tunnel, terraced rockery/amphitheatre (care with small children please).

Sheltered front courtyard (with wet suit rack), table tennis table, lawn and a stone seat with sea views, two large standing stones.

Welcome FREE 2 dogs (kitchen/dining/lounge area only please).

Parking for 3 cars
